We really enjoyed staying at the Vista del Mar. The condo was as advertised and there were no suprises. It is one block from downtown and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. It is next to Hotel Cocal without the noise. It has views of the beach, downtown, and the surrounding mountains. Very close to the beach. David Kish was great to rent from and would definitely rent from him again. The only regret is that we only stayed one week.

Everything exceded our expectations. You just don't know what to expect until you get there and we were pleasantly surprised. Accomodations were excellent, location was great as we were near to everything in Jaco. Restaurants were close by, along with shopping and groceries were very reasonable to buy. Many things to do close by and Dave was a good guide for travelling anywhere or arranging outings for us. Very knowledgable of the area. It was one of the best vacations we have taken that lasted 2 weeks. Airport pick-up and drop off was appreciated.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 teenagers had a fabulous vacation week at Vista Mar. The owners were helpful and available at all times. The condo was clean, user friendly and very safe. The beach was not crowded, the waves were great and the water was the warmest we have experienced at Christmas time holiday trips. We take our family to a beach every Christmas to New Years and this was our favorite location. The quaint town is a block away with a large store for groceries, etc. The restuarants are too numerous to mention. We couldn't try them all. We plan to return. David Kish was the best to rent from. His friend Bob also!
