We are ideally located in the center of town within steps to beach, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, salon, supermarket, tours, discos, Beatles Bar, etc. You do not need a car here, you can walk everywhere. If you prefer a ride, a taxi pickup at the front gate to anywhere in town is $2.00 the property is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of Jaco Beach.

This place was great. The Monte Carlo had it all. Clean, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, a great and useful kitchen, perfect living room also which helped entertained our guests. The staff was always there, helpful and ready to assist if needed. The location was perfect, a block off the main street. Gated entrance with friendly security guards too. Best place I've ever stayed and visited. Highly recommend. Purr Vida!

This is truely a gem!! The grounds, pool, outdoor kitchen area as well and the condo(*19) by far exceded our expectations. The condos are located in the heart of many area tours. Within walking distanct is downtown Jaco, and the beach is 2 block from the condo, which made for a relaxing stroll every evening to watch the beautiful sunset! A "Must Return" place for us!

We were introduced to this little gem by accident a few years ago! We shared a ride from the airport to Jaco with a gentleman that convinced us to check out the Monte Carlo. We did, and have been back 6 times since!!! (We used to stay at the Los Sounos) It is by far one of the few hidden gems in Jaco. The staff, location and surroundings are incredible. So close to everything, restaurants, beach, bars, stores and entertainment, yet from the moment you enter this compound, it is true peace and tranquility!! The condos are furnished with everything you need and the service staff will keep the place really tidy. No need to hit the streets to book tours or worry about transportation to and from the airport, Christian, (The Main Man) will handle everything. The pool has a swim up bar and a fridge that we keep pretty stocked. Thats such a bonus!! From the moment you check in, your greeted and treated like your part of the family. Truly welcoming!! We are just planning our next trip, and its all based around the Monte Carlo! Cant wait to come back!!

We had a plan to learn Spanish, and the great school (Ipai) is across from this Condo. Our Condo #4 was particularly nicely furnished and the ground is beautifully landscaped, always clean. The office staff Cristian was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. It is close to store, restaurants and beach. The best restaurant is called Wahoo, 1 minute away from the condo, and the cheff is from us. Food was excellent. The condo has a BBa facility so we bought some fresh fish and Bbqed. There was a security guard and gate so it is very safe. We had a 10 year old girl. You just need to bring basic items(Shampoo, Lundry soap, coffee filter) to Condo if you do not want to go and get the package for a week. Other than that, we had agreat time, It was not crowded since we went there before X;mas.

We really enjoyed our stay, but when we were moved to another apt. we realized it had been a while since anyone had been in to clean. The first thing that happened was a visit from a black widow in the bathroom and then another hideous spider was crawling on the floor. Being in an apt on the ground level we realized there were all kinds of bugs and little creatures that came in through the door or under it. Aside from this experience we were quite pleased with the location, the apartment, and the staff. We would like to stay with you again when we are visiting in Costa Rica and would recommend these condo's to anyone looking for a nice, safe, secure place to stay while looking around the area.

The Monte Carlo condos are a fabulous place to stay! They are centrally located in Jaco, so everything was in walking distance...even a grocery store and the beach! The staff are extremely helpful with everything! There is a security guard 24/7, so we felt very safe during our stay. The condos are nicely decorated and brand new. The pool was supreme and provided a great place to meet the neighbors. The only thing we would have liked, is that the condo be more furnished with cooking utencils/silverware/cooler for the beach/beach chairs/radio. Other than a few missing items, the condos were outstanding! We would definitely recommend them to friends and stay there again! Also to add, Jaco is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to explore the coast. We rented a car and did the exploring on our own...great way to go! It's only an hour or so north and south to some amazing country!

Came to Monte Carlo as I always do after 2 nights in San Jose. Mc provides much needed day time relaxation from the hustle and bustle of San Jose. It is situated perfectly in the middle of town. Jaco is party central in Costa Rica, tons of bars and restaurants for people to enjoy within walking distance of the complex. Single travellers such as myself can enjoy the nightlife Jaco has to offer while getting the much needed R and R during the day. Within the MC grounds is a different world. Peace and quiet at a beautiful pool with good company. The other patrons of the condo are a mix of single travellers, couples, and families. All have different agendas but get along very well here. No matter who you are travelling with and what you intend to experience in Jaco, the Monte Carlo is an excellent choice. The staff is extremely accommodating and can be as helpful as you need them to be. If you know your way around and want privacy you'll never know they are there! Advice to single travellers - you can be as wild as you want here and entertain guests at will but be mindful and respectful of the other tenants and guests with noise at night. Everyone can enjoy themselves here. Highly recommended and will be sure to return every time I venture back to this great country.

We enjoyed our stay their immensely as the staff was impeccable and attentive, the unit large and enjoyable. We could have done, however, without the monster red ants that invaded the one bathroom and foyer. Still, we'd go back in a minute.

We stayed with our 2 teenage daughters for 8 nights in Condo 7. We had maid service every other day. The condo was ideal. It was a great layout, lots of room, up to-date and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and having the use of a laundry room was very convenient. The location was 5 minutes from the beach, had both a grocery and pharmacy with in a matter of minutes and the shopping was just over the bridge a 5 minute walk away. When we rented a vehicle we had no concerns as it was parked within the fenced compound, The staff was very freindly and helpfull. The daytime gaurd was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help us feel welcome. The town of Jaco is great and the country is amazing. The whole atmosphere, the gardens, the cleanliness were all part of us feeling safe and relaxed.

Great stay, great location. The Luxury Condos in Jaco was the best. Location was key for our group and pretty much everything in Jaco was just walking distance. The condos themselves were amazing. Spacious and clean. Had everything we needed (large kitchen area, washer/dryer, and fully furnished). I definately would come back and stay here in a heart beat. Our group was greated by Christian (manager) himself and he showed us the place. Great pool area and very secure. I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Jaco, Costa Rica. Hopefully we'll be there again next year. Thanks again Christian for making our stay a great one.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Monte Carlo Condominiums over the week of Valentine's Day 2011 and were completely blown away. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. The grounds are so well maintained, lush and clean. The pool is also clean and beautiful. Christian and Michael were so accomodating and helpful in suggesting activities and places to eat in Jaco. They also arrange all tours for you. My boyfriend spoke to Christian ahead and let him know it was my birthday/Valentine's day and he wanted to do something special. Christan had arranged for flowers, wine, fresh fruit and a big heart in flower petals when we arrived. It was such an amazing surprise.
The condo was an absolute steal for the price and much nicer than all the money we would have dished out for a typical 5-star chain resort/hotel. We were within walking distance of tons of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay again! We loved it! -

Great atmosphere and very nice rooms. The gated condominiums are within walking distance from everywhere in Jaco. We made many friends in the pool area and this was a nice way to end the day. My only wish was that Jaco beach was cleaner. It was littered with garbage and unattactive.

Nos quedamos 17 dias en el condo n?3, y todo estubo perfecto, el apartamento es bastante grande y funcional, uno se siente como en casa con todas las comodidades. El servicio ?s 5 estrellas, siempre amables y disponibles. Nos fuimos dejando este fant?stico lugar con mucha nostalgia. Seguro que un dia regresaremos!

We would not hesitate to recommend Monte Carlo Condominiums to our family and best friends. The grounds and the property are immaculate and very well cared for. All issues, although ours were minor, were attended to with utmost courtesy and efficiency immediately (with a smile). The management was more than willing and able to arrange any excursions, trips, taxis, etc. We felt and were very safe in Jaco. The guard at the gate kept a written log of us leaving the property - taxi #, where and when we were going. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, farmers' market and beach are all just a short walk away. We would not hesitate to return to this location. Sincere thanks to the management.

My husband and I chose Jaco for a relaxing vacation. In choosing a condo to stay in we were impressed with the vast size and updates of each condo. We highly recommend a stay at the Monte Carlo Condominiums. The staff was excellent to communicate with and were there to help us with all our service requests. The 20 condo complex has 24 hr security and also were very helpful in calling the taxi service for us when we needed one. The complex is all within walking distance to town and the beach. A great place to stay if you too should choose to do so. We would definitenly stay here again if our travels take us back.

The moment I got to the Monte Carlo, I was amazed. I really felt like I was on vacation. The facility is well maintained and the staff are friendly. I never felt so comfortable and relaxed on any other vacation. My friends and I have decided to make the Monte Carlo ur yearly vacation spot. I am so thankful to Christian and all the staff for their wonderful hospitality.

Check in was a breeze and assistance with Luggage.
Second Floor Condo overlooking Pool and open area is the best. Short walk to dining and the Pacific Ocean.
Great outdoor grilling and utility area we used regularly for seafood purchased at the Tienda de los pescados.
Only complaint is the floors stayed dirty even after cleaning.
Really nothing to scoff about though.
Recommend this place.
