Our experience started awful.Flight was cancelled and we did not arrive till almost 8 at night instead of 1 in the afternoon. But from the moment we got off the plane it was incredible. Our driver stop to allow us to get a few Pilsen for the ride to Jaco and once we arrived our rep Karla was waiting for us at 11 PM. once she made sure we were aware of everything about the beautiful condo, she offered to drive us to town so we could find some food. She waited why we got Subway(only thing open) and drove us back to the condo. She arranged our two excursions arenal Volcano and Zip Lining and both were unbelievable. Drivers and guides were awesome. I would highly recommend using Costa Rica Dream Makers.
Even though this was my third trip it was my girlfriends 1st and took some convincing to get her to go. Now she wants to buy a vacation home there.
Thanks to Karla and her staff our stay was unforgettable. -

We were very impressed with F3 at Bahia Encantada. As soon as we opened the door we knew that we were going to enjoy our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved listening to the waves from our balcony each night. The pool was very nice too. The staff is super friendly as well. We had a great time and would definitely stay in that condo again.

We had a very nice stay at Bahia Encantada.Nice location on the beach,peaceful,mostly clean.Disappointed that pool bar was not open,and we werent told that it was.Tvs not in bedrooms was not good.Incredible view of ocean.Overrall though we had a nice relaxing time and it was convenient location.

Thanks for your feedback and I'm glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay at Bahia Encantada. We apologize that the pool bar is only operated when there is sufficient occupancy to have it open. The beginning of June is one of those times during the year where the bartender would be very lonely most of the day.
Each and every condo is individually owned, and while all condos have TV's, some do not have TV's in the bedrooms. I have passed this information along to the owner and we will try to do a better job of communicating this to the renters when they book the condo.
