Description
Fully furnished two-story townhouse in small (6 units) gated community with pool located in quiet cul de sac. Only a 5 minutes' walk to the main street in downtown Jacó and 8 to the beach. Do not bother renting a car, instead walk or bike anywhere in town, or, if you need a longer ride call a cab, which are cheap, plentiful, and close at hand. Sleeps maximum 3 singles, or couples or family groups of up to 7.
This very conveniently located vacation rental has two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, with corresponding bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms each have Queen beds with quality mattresses, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower, TV, closet, dressers and large balconies with seating. The balcony in the main bedroom has views of the pool area and the green forested mountains as backdrop. The bedroom downstairs has a nice wooden bunk bed (Full below and Twin above), floor fans and a bathroom with shower across the hallway. The bedroom downstairs can also be cooled with the living room air conditioning.
The living room has air conditioning, comfortable upholstered sofas, TV and a wooden dining table for 6 (larger than the one shown in pictures). Cable TV and free Wi-Fi are included. Outdoors on the terrace facing the pool there is an aluminum and glass table with 4 comfortable chairs and an umbrella, as well as a charcoal BBQ grill and 2 lounge chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, air extractor, microwave, large fridge and all utensils.
There is a covered garage for one car and there is free street parking around the cul de sac.
The community has a caretaker on the premises and dusk-to-dawn security.
Condominios Rio Copey is a family community. Music and loud noises are not allowed at any time, and between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am silence must be observed.
PET RULES:
Pets allowed: only one dog (25 kg maximum) of quiet nature, or two dogs that together do not sum up more than 25 kg. A $26.25 pet fee (plus VAT) per stay per dog will be requested on arrival. This pet fee does not cover damage caused by pet. Dogs must not climb beds or furniture. Dog must be on a leash when walking outdoors. Owners must collect and dispose properly of all dog waste. The community pool area is out-of-bounds for dogs.

“Overall comments”
The furniture was just minimum. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the kitchen equipment was not sufficient , ex one frying pan for 6 persons, and 4 chairs for 6 also.

Response from the manager Thank you for the feedback. We checked the mattresses and found them to be fine. They are excellent quality, firm mattresses with pillow-top padding. There are 2 frying pans! It is a pity you did not mention before you needed an extra frying pan or other utensils. We could have brought them right away. I even asked you the next day after arrival if everything was OK and the answer was yes. There are 8 chairs, 4 inside and 4 outside, the photos don't lie. 6 chairs inside would be too crowded.
