Casa Milagro ("Miracle House"): This spectacular beachfront rental home sits on the south of Jaco beach, where the surf is calmer and beginner surfers can easily take lessons.

Casa Milagro consists of a main house that has an open floor plan, and two separate guesthouses.

The villa is fully tiled and has double doors that open up wide to allow the fresh ocean breeze to cool the high-ceiling houses. Air conditioning units and ceiling fans are found throughout nonetheless.

The well equipped kitchen has an adjacent dining table for 10 and a breakfast bar. You may also choose to sit at the breakf...ast nook with comfortable cushions. The living room has plush couches that sit eight guests and a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player.

Its beautiful pool and landscaped tropical gardens with coconut palms invite you to do nothing but relax by them, while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean.

The porch with rocking chairs or the palm-thatched gazebo or palapa by the pool is the perfect spot to read that book during the day or to have a drink in the evening. The porch and the gazebo have ceiling fans with light.

Two hammocks sway gently from the breeze coming from the ocean as they hang from the palm trees, above an area covered with white sand.The open-air charcoal barbecue grill invites you to cook but if you prefer to venture out, the town is only three minutes away.

The Master bedroom (main house) has a King bed, closet, TV, safe box and an oversized bathroom with walk-in shower. The Guesthouse 1 has two Queen beds, private bathroom, closet with safe box and a small fridge.

Guesthouse 2 has a Queen bed, TV, walk-in closet with safe box and private bathroom.

The car gate is remote controlled and inside there is ample parking space for 2 cars.

Pricing in table below is for groups of 7 to 8 people. During and Hot and Fresh seasons the guestrooms may be locked off to accommodate smaller groups (not applicable during Christmas/New Year).

Please note that Casa Milagro is only rented to families, couples and groups of women.

  Beautiful home, and views. The place was clean to the max, very friendly maid service. Right on the beach!! Kids loved the ocean and the pool. Never a dull moment. Services can pic you up at the house to see the monkeys or take other tours. Very nice and would stay again! Gabriel was very helpful and even brought us ice and water! Great, great great!!!

  Casa Milagro was a great home. The beach in front of the home is excellent and a great place to boogieboard or surf for beginners. The main home and guesthouses were in great condition and Gabriel the manager was very helpful.
  The pool and landscaping was well done and made it feel very private.
  We would definitely stay here again.

  Second Time to Stay

  This was our second time at Casa Milagro. We love the beachfront location and terrific house. While the inside is spacious and comfortable, we spent most of our time on the patio, by the pool or on the beach. We highly recommend this house for family vacations and plan on returning for a third adventure in the next year or two. Thanks!

  we just returned from a week stay at Casa Milagro and we could not have imagined it being any better. the property is gorgeous and true to description. not only is it clean and in great condition but its a great central location while still being private. the pool and hammocks really were the focal point for us and are great! we would recommend Casa Milagro to anyone who is interested in the comforts of home in a beautiful setting.

  Beautiful well-equipped home right on the beach. What you see in the pictures is what you get! Loved listening to the sound of the surf and watch the surfers while the sun was setting. Great vacation rental!

  We (three couples) stayed at Casa Milagro for a week over New Years and had a wonderful experience. Gabriel, at BeachHome CR was very nice and very helpful both before and during our stay. The property was lovely and well maintained. The daily cleaning was a nice bonus. It was easy to get around from the house into town. Overall we loved our experience in Costa Rica and would recommend Casa Milagro to our friends.

  The photos in the listing are beautiful..and the "real thing" is just as beautiful. Furnishings, size, style, decor, and so on, are tasteful, of high quality, with every detail enhancing this well-designed house. Wish it were mine! Having the guest cottages
  gave privacy I've never seen in a home. Being right on the beach is a wonderful bonus. The only aspect less than ideal - aesthetically- is the houses immediately adjacent to the property are shabby and abandoned.(My family disagrees, however, saying that this
  aspect did not affect the quality of our stay.) One bonus is the fact that there were chaises and umbrellas for rent down the beach, about a 4 or 5 minute walk along the beach. The beach immediately in front of the villa was littered with some refuse, but
  just down the beach a bit, it was pristine. The fact that cars can drive along the beach makes it accessible to anyone, but the beach was NEVER crowded. W highly recommend Casa Milagro to anyone who visits Costa Rica. An added bonus was Gabriel, to whom we
  could turn for any problem. For instance, the electric car gate malfunctioned one time and the caretaker was there within minutes to fix it.

  The check in and check out processes are painless, the grounds are flawless, and the houses are well kept and well maintained. Keep in mind that there is public beach access, so you will find yourself using the pool and gated area more than the beach, if you are anything like me- but that's a good thing because the pool and surrounding deck is beautiful. Plenty of privacy, plenty of beach access, really a rental that delivers exactly what it promises. The pictures are accurate. The other reviews are accurate. I give it 5 stars.

  Family Vacation at Casa Milagro

  Our stay at Casa Milagro was wonderful. It accomodated our family reunion of eight comfortably. The house was charming and still provided some privacy due to the individual guest houses. The management team was very accomodating, going out of their way to make our stay even better, including lending pesonal items like boogie boards and coolers. Their were a few maintenance issues with the house, but the management and maintenance staff were very responsive. The beach was a little dirtier and rougher than our experiences elsewhere in Costa Rica, but the waves made boogie boarding more fun for the kids.
  Overall, our stay was great and I would recommend this home to others.

  The house is located right off the beach. The up keep of the interior and exterior is excellent. The house is fully equipped for your stay with up dated appliances and TV. Plenty of pool chairs and towels for use. And even a washer and dryer for your use. Hugo, the manager, is wonderful, extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. Recommend having Hugo arrange a pick up from the airport to the house and back again. This helped make the trip even more worry free. Hugo can also arrange for a car rental while you are at the house. We are repeat renters of this house and will be renting again in the future. This house is not only great for couples but also for family and friends. Recommend Rioasas and Club Del Mar for meals. They are two of the best resturants there and both are just a nice stroll down the beach - one each way.
