Located in the heart of Huntingdon County's famous hunting and fishing paradise and the Beautiful Raystown Lake is a secluded vacation cabin. This 1,140 square-foot cottage includes one bedroom and full bath on first floor, two bedrooms and a half bath on the second floor with the linens provided. The cottage comes complete with a full kitchen (including all cooking utensils), central air conditioning and forced oil heat. Located in Rural Huntingdon County there are many activities to indulge in. The beautiful Raystown Lake offers you a place to fish, swim, go water skiing and boating. Trough Creek State Park is a gorgeous place to go hiking, fishing, sight seeing and with many pavilions an excellent place to go for a cookout. With thousands of acres of state game lands and army core ground provides excellent hunting. Only 50 miles from State College for all you Penn State Fans and 20 miles from Juniata College. Other attractions include the historic East Broad Top Railroad, which is the last original narrow Gage railroad east of the Rockies. Delgrosso's Amusement Park is an excellent theme park for little kids with an excellent water slide selection. Roughly 20 miles away from the Dufflane cabin is the Raystown Dam which has many scenic views. There are so many more outdoor activities like biking the famous Allegrippis bike trail at 7 points recreation area, which was voted #4 bike trail in North America by Mens Journal Magazine. This is just a few of the outdoor activies that surround the beautiful Raystown Lake Region.
