This rustic villa brings the charm of rural Spain into the heart of the northern Costa Blanca, secluded in a 2,5 acre garden and yet not far from the old town of Javea and the different coves and beaches (less than one mile). In the garden there is fabulous pool and a fully grown garden with orange groves and a variety of fruit trees that includes avocado, grapefruit, apple and pear trees. Javea is Located exactly between Valencia and Alicante with good access to airportsThis Finca is located 1,5 km from the see and 1,5 from the town. it is secluded yet accesible to the town many sights, and to the different beaches and coves. Highly recommended is the walk to the Montgó Reserve park.
There is good parking inside the Finca for up to 5 cars, we recommend having at least one car for shopping and discovering the area

It was a fantastic Holiday.
Javea is truly beautiful location in the Mediterranean Coast. With gorgeous beaches, little coves called "callas" mountains and great natural parks. So there is completely different activity possible for everyday.
The house is in the middle of orange groves and woods that give it an air of calmness and tranquillity. The building is amazing, build in a traditional Valencia style but with strange and wonderful modernisations that not only make it convenient but also comfortable. Its intricate distribution gives it an air of mystery but also helps create different spaces with many living rooms and terraces, on top of the many bedrooms. The spaces give different options for the families occupying the house as it gives an opportunity to be sharing or private. A guest in Lorien could be easily be looking at wonderful scenery of the mountains while reading quietly in one of the secluded spaces or playing with the children in the big living room or even watch TV quietly while the rest of the family parties. It has also many spaces outside combined with a big swimming pool and built-in Barbeque.
It is only 5 minutes away from all the active centres in Javea and has many bars and restaurants just 10 minutes walking distance.
So my overall impression was fantastic and I hightly recomened the stay in Lorien as it is truly an idyllic location.

If you love gardens, extensive fruit tree groves, stunning vistas of the Mountain (Monrtgó) that dominates Javea, and a charming multi-patio house, this is the place.
My family loved playing hide and seek amongst the 1 hectare orange tree grove, and the tree house, large pool, badmington court and multiple inner and outer patios provided lots of play for them.
Javea itself is unique, we loved visiting the Portichol park area, right next to the stunning coast, boating around the cabo de la nao area and visiting the many caves around the coast, as well as climbing the Montgó. Cant wait to get back!
