Andrea is situated in a privileged position above Javea Port with stunning views across the whole of Javea bay, the Port, the valley and inland.
Stunning views from the large picture window in the lounge and from the open terraces.
Andrea is easily accessible with 'no frills' flights flying in to both Alicante and Valencia airports. Just over an hours drive from either airport and you can be at the villa by the pool in the peace and quiet of Javea.
The ideal holiday home to chill out.

Additional Location Information
Javea has long been the destination of choice for discerning visitors who are not interested in mass-market resorts. Holidays in the area centre around the family, and visitors to the area spend hours at their private villa enjoying the privacy and their own company. For those seeking more, the Arenal beach area and the Aduanas Port areas both offer numerous bars and restaurants. There is the sandy Arenal beach, and numerous rocky coves including the beautiful Granadella beach. Boats and pedaloes are available for hire at the Arenal beach. Each year Javea celebrates several fiestas. Ones not to be missed are San Juan, June 18th to 24th, being the main fiesta of the 'old town'. The last night boasts a terrific firework display and the burning of a 'falla'. During July there is the colourful Moors and Christians festival and 1st to 8th September is the Virgen de Loreto, port fiestas. Not to be missed is the last night, 8th September, the firework display over the fishing port is spectacular, Andrea is in the perfect location for this fiesta.
The Northern Costa Blanca has long been a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and foreigners alike. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. Within half hour's drive is Benidorm where a fun day out is guaranteed with a visit to Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Terra Natura or Mundomar. And in the evening a trip to Benidorm Palace where a spectacular cabaret is performed - not to be missed! Visit Alicante to see the old Castle, or wander around the port. And a little more local, enjoy a drive inland to picturesque Guadalest perched high above a lake. The city of Valencia has many monuments well worth a visit and is also a great place to go shopping. And not too far away is Buñol where the world famous 'Tomatina' fiesta is celebrated each year on the last Wednesday of August. It is also possible to visit Barcelona by train in a day!

Best of all is the amazing view. The ville is located at the hill so you've got sun from the morning till the evening. The pool has a good size and gets cleaned weekly.
The only thing we were missing was an airconditioning. -

Spent a wonderful week at this villa. The views are the best ever! The drive up to the villa is a bit scary the first time but soon got used to it.Good pool, comfy furniture in and out, lovely smells in the morning from the trees. Restaurants, bars, port a short drive down the hill.Picking the keys up from office were a bit of a pain, we got lost and were driving around in circles for an hour and half with no one knowing were aspects of spain were.Hope to stay again next year my mum said its the Best Holiday shes ever had she will be eighty! next year.

Horhamgood but could be better!

Fantastic villa, good support, but lacking the finishing touches i.e. no kitchen bin, no tea towels, no cleaning items, no washing tabs, average welcome pack, no local or basic info pack ref recycling, places to visit etc. What agencies/owners fail to understand is that after 10-12hrs travelling, the last thing they want to do is drive around for a supermarket etc. Personally we had hoped the welcome pack would have included the above not just a tin of anchovies, some baby belles and a bottle of red wine nobody drinks in that heat!and we shouldn't have to outlay for washing tabs, liquid, cleaning agents, dishwashers tabs for just a week and then have to leave them all behind as only 25% of them had been used? Additionally it would have been nice to have been told when the pool man arrives, especially when you have 2 teenage daughters and a bashfull fiance!
Having said all that the villa itself was exceptional and view incredible. -

The villa is situated at one of the most beautiful places of the mountain. You have a wonderful view over the sea, the port and a part of Javea. The comfort of the villa is very good.
