Fantastic views over the valley. Beautiful well established garden & very private pool. Well equipped inc UK TV & aircon in bedrooms. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches. ARRIVE/DEPART ANY DAY.

Peaceful location with no passing traffic makes this the ideal villa to chill out. Relax on the terrace with a book in the shade of the awning or cool off in the lovely pool. The pool area offers complete privacy.

Los Coloures is a traditional style three bedroom villa, with the main living area of the villa all on one level. The front door leads in to the entrance hall with double doors going through to the very large, L-shaped loung...e and dining room. A passage goes from the entrance hall to the three bedrooms (two double and one twin). The bedrooms are all spacious and furnished with comfortable beds. The master bedroom, with kingsize bed, has an en suite shower room, the other bedrooms share a separate family bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, included in the rental price 8pm to 10am 03/07/13-31/08/13 - full price bookings only. It can be made available out of this period for a supplement.. The lounge and dining room feature a beamed ceiling, Tosca stone arches and a Tosca fireplace. There is satellite TV with some English speaking channels. The very well equipped kitchen is off the dining area.

From the dining area sliding doors go out to an open terrace offering lovely views across the valley to the south and west. This open terrace is equipped with a large teak table and chairs for lazy meals, and awnings that will provide welcome shade. This will be a great place to sit and enjoy a sundowner perhaps watching the wonderful sunsets. The back door goes out to a service patio and small utility room housing the washing machine. From the lounge area sliding doors lead to the large, glazed sun room. This is very comfortably furnished and has an over-head fan and "roll-out" awnings creating a cool spot to sit, read, chat and eat in the hot summer months. The views from here, across the Jávea valley are delightful. Steps go down from the sun lounge to the swimming pool with its paved surround. Beside the pool terrace is a small "pool room", a sitting room ideal for escaping the sun, or relaxing quietly while still being close to the pool. The pool area is completely private, with a hedge to the south, walls to the east and west, and the villa itself providing protection to the north. Paths go from the pool terrace to the very extensive garden. The garden features traditional Mediterranean plants, trees and shrubs, including palms, almonds and citrus trees. There are lawned areas, and a labyrinth of gravelled paths wandering through the property.

Jávea has long been the destination of choice for discerning visitors who are not interested in mass-market resorts. Holidays in the area centre around the family, and visitors to the area spend hours at their private villa enjoying the privacy and their own company. For those seeking more, the Arenal beach area and the Aduanas Port areas both offer numerous bars and restaurants. There is the sandy Arenal beach, and numerous rocky coves including the beautiful Granadella beach. Boats and pedaloes are available for hire at the Arenal beach. Each year Jávea celebrates several fiestas. Ones not to be missed are San Juan, June 18th to 24th, being the main fiesta of the 'old town'. The last night boasts a terrific firework display and the burning of a 'falla'. During July there is the colourful Moors and Christians festival and 1st to 8th September is the Virgen de Loreto, port fiestas. Not to be missed is the last night, 8th September, the firework display over the fishing port is spectacular.
The Northern Costa Blanca has long been a popular holiday destination for Spaniards and foreigners alike. The area is still famous for its Valencia oranges that are exported all over the world. Within half hour's drive is Benidorm where a fun day out is guaranteed with a visit to Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park), Terra Natura or Mundomar. And in the evening a trip to Benidorm Palace where a spectacular cabaret is performed - not to be missed! Visit Alicante to see the old Castle, or wander around the port. And a little more local, enjoy a drive inland to picturesque Guadalest perched high above a lake. The city of Valencia has many monuments well worth a visit and is also a great place to go shopping. And not too far away is Buñol where the world famous 'Tomatina' fiesta is celebrated each year on the last Wednesday of August. It is also possible to visit Barcelona by train in a day!

  Had a great 2.5 weeks in august, pictures of the villa on the website do not do it justice. Great views, peaceful location, really relaxed chilled holiday. Was an effort to drag ourselves away from the pool! One of the best equipped villas we've been to, loads of kitchen utensils, decent kitchen knives - which you never get in a holiday rental! Staff at aspects of Spain were great, answered all our queries prior to booking and nothing was too much trouble. A great holiday , the best villa we've stayed in. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks

  The villa was much better than we anticipated and we had a wonderful time there. The location was great, with many restaurants to choose from near by. It was quiet but not too far from the main road and the views were magnificent.

  We had a lovely holiday in javea, the beaches are great, restaurants are excellent and the villa is the perfect place to relax after a day sight seeing. It has everything you need, plus wonderful views and a great pool!

  Wonderful spacious villa, with fantastic views. Good size pool, modern kitchen, large bedrooms and living area. Good location under Montgo, very private. The gardens are lovely to walk round.
