Villa Limon is set in a quiet cul de sac with 1000 square metres of beautiful gardens but just a few minutes from the golden sands of 'Arenal Beach' and Javea itself with marina, fishing port and shops, bars and restaurants in the old and new town.
The villa comprises 250m² of comfortably appointed living area. The main floor has most of the accommodation and sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Within the house there is an apartment with a separate entrance which can sleep a further 2-4 people with its own kitchenette, bath and shower room. I stayed at Villa Limon with 5 friends recently, and would recommend it to anyone! The villa is spacious and well air-conditioned which was perfect for us staying the height of summer. All of the bedrooms are a good size with lots of space for storage. The outside space is huge with plenty of seating areas in the sun and shade, a beautiful BBQ area and a very good-size pool with plenty of sun loungers. Quiet and private, it was the perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday.
We found the taxi companies listed in the welcome guide extremely reliable and cheap. The beach is lovely, with many excellent and affordable bars and restaurants. We had a fantastic week at Villa Limon and cannot wait to go back! -

Very well equiped villa suitable for a small or large group. Secluded quiet area, comfortable inside rooms with Satellite TV, wireless internet and full equiped kitchen. Spacious gardens (with colourful flowering shrubs in May) with very nice pool area. Very good service from the caretaker who kept garden and pool tidy during the stay.
Javea has very reliable warm / hot climate from April to October and this villa is well placed close to the beach, shops and great selection of restaurants all within very short drive.
We have been here 6 times and have booked again for May 2010. -

Together with 2 other couples, we enjoyed a wonderful week in Villa Limon - a fully equipped luxury home! We enjoyed every minute in this lovely villa, relaxing by the pool, cooking wonderful dinners, visited the village and surroundings, apreciated the friendly butcher at the little groceryshop, as well as the big supermarkets inviting fishdish, fresh fish at harbour in the morning,and friendly people everywhere. Interesting area. Beautiful beaches. The only way to accept going home is to book another week!

My family and I first visited Villa Limon in May 2009 and we loved it so much we returned in the June! Villa Limon is in a perfect location for holiday makers as it's a short distance to the beach, shops and a whole host of restaurants with different cuisines to choose from. The villa itself is perfectly equipped with everything you need, a wonderful BBQ area outside with plenty of outdoor seating and tables, the pool is gorgeous and also very private. We would highly recommend this Villa - you won't be disappointed!
