The villa is fully air conditioned situated on a south facing plot in a tranquil area of Javea and within easy reach of the International Schools. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and only a few minutes drive from the beaches. The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious furnished lounge adjoining an open plan dining area and kitchen, three twin bedded bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) with walk-in showers. We have stayed in this villa several times witH friends and always had a great stay. All the amenities that you could want in a quiet and peaceful location, plus close to restaurants and only a short drive to the centre of Javea. The villa is spacious with a lovely pool and barbecue area and we had a lot of fun using both! I highly reccommend this villa for families and groups of friends.

This is a wonderful villa with a great outdoor space and fabulous swimming pool. Plenty of room to securely park a couple of cars within the grounds. The villa is very big, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All the bedrooms are a very good size and the Master suite is superb with its own bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped, we loved the open plan kitchen and dining area. The covered pergola and barbecue were great for outdoor eating. A few restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride into the centre of Javea. All in all a perfect holiday, we hope to return one day.
