This is a 25-acre ranch with a panoramic view of the Russian River. There is a country style kitchen with two sinks, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and large farm table. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed; a second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single; a third bedroom has a full size bed; a fourth bedroom has a trundle bed. It has a large living room with a fireplace. All linen is provided.

This was our third year at Rivers Bend, a special place we have been lucky to make our annual get together with close friends and family. The house is bright and welcoming, spacious, comfortable, and the setting overlooking the Russian River and hills is breathtaking. I like that it feels like an extended home when we are there complete with dishes and pans; yet one step out on the balcony and you can lose yourself in the serenity. Our friends and family love to spend time on the property watching birds or the river or taking serene walks to the ocean. We look forward to returning year after year.
