It is a 2 bedroom, we will rent the master bedroom along with the ENTIRE FURNISHED/STOCKED condo! You will have total privacy!
2nd bedroom is available for guests, however we use part of closet for owner's storage.
Water is included, cable TV, heated pool, tennis, parking, WASHER & DRYER, trash pick up,
only electricity is extra.
Remember, there is a 3 month min rental in Martin County.
