notre appartement était situé face à manhattan (vue sur ground zero). Vue splendide.
on voyait la statue de la liberté de la salle de gym.
la résidence est moderne et l'appartement très spacieux, très propre.
la chambre parentale a sa propre salle de bain.
très proche de NY grâce au path (arrivée à world trade center). Il y a une petite supérette en bas de l'immeuble (un peu chère mais très pratique).
le seul point négatif : c'est le manque de restaurant dans le quartier. le quartier est un peu désert le soir si on ne veut pas rester sur manhattan -

We booked a three-room apartment for seven of us in our family. Apartment was very clean and had more than sufficient clean good quality towels, comfortable clean beds and furnishings. Our 37th floor apartment had beautiful view of Manhattan and Hudson River. Sky City apt Rental company is efficient and provided good service. We would definitely recommend to others and would certainly stay there again if we have another trip to Jersey City.

A great appartment just 200m away from NY Waterway terminal and Path station to WFC.
Hudson Greene Market, just downstairs the appartment, is a great place to do your shopping with a wide range of good products.
Appartment well equiped with all your need for your stay, in good condition, large enough and not noisy.
You will feel at home.
A little less about the curtains which are not opaque, so if you cant sleep with light, be prepared to wake up early !

We had a 3 bedroom appartment. It was a very nice appartment with a good wiew to lower Manhattan and all you need for å pleasent stay. We were 5 girls who spent a week in NY. The only negative I can say about this place is that the appartment was not ready at check-in time and we thought it was a bit far from central Manhattan. We recived good service from the staf who were very serviceminded and helpfull.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment of three rooms in five people. The apartment is perfect, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from Manhattan is wonderful and foresee alone is worth staying here.

Very well location. Everything we needed was there for the 6 of us. Very easy to go to Statue of Liberty by boat (just a 15 min. walk), Manhattan by Path, within 20 min. We lived on the 37th floor, very good for sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a very nice apartment with a wonderful view. Fantastic poolarea and fitnesscenter. The outdoorarea with fireplace is excellent! I highly recommend this rental!

Absolutely perfect apartment with a fabulous view. Perfectly situated in a quiet Jersey neighborhood. Easy and quick transport by boat or path for downtown NYC. We will definitely choose the same place next time we are going to NY.

Nous avons passé, mes amis et moi, une semaine dans ce superbe appartement. Il est situé dans un quartier calme et bien desservi, avec une liaison directe pr manhattan en ferry ou en métro et une chic épicerie à 30secondes à peine. De la petite place qu quartier, il y a une splendide vue du sud de Manhattan.
Dans l'immeuble,un réceptionniste est disponible 24h/24, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu'on arrive tardivement ou qu'on cherche une information pratique. Attention toutefois aux tarifs des taxis qui varient beaucoup de ceux du centre new-yorkais donc il vaut mieux se renseigner avant et ne pas hésiter à utiliser les transports en commun!
Dans l'appartement, tout est moderne, propre et classe. Il est entièrement équipé et clair car il offre une vue dégagée sur la piscine de l'immeuble et une partie de l'Hudson. Il convient parfaitement pour une location de courte durée et aussi pour un séjour plus long.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer ce logement pour un prochaine voyage!

We were there with 8 persons. It was really Great. The check in was done in à second. The appartement was amazing. Huge, modern and the view from our bedrooms and livingroom was unbelievable, the skyline of NY. When i go back to NY i wil book It again immediately!
