En un principio dudábamos si era una buena opción parar en Jersey city para conocer Nueva York, volvimos muy conformes, esta ubicado a solo una estación de tren del world trade center.
El departamento tiene todas las comodidades, esta bien equipado con cocina, heladera, lavasecaropas, microondas, lavavajillas.
Tiene una excelente vista de Manhattan, esta muy bien cuidado.
Es una zona muy tranquila, no hay muchos comercios, a pesar de esto me parece la mejor opción para ir con niños. -

This company was initially wonderful in facilitating an apartment in the NYC area. This particular apartment was located in Jersey City on the water and was of excellent quality in a prime location directly across from Freedom Tower, next to the path tunnel to Manhattan.
Although my stay was excellent, I had to cut it short. 7 Days later, I had yet to be re-invoiced for the shortened time nor has my company card been refunded for the shortened stay. The customer service representative was unresponsive to multiple e-mail and phone call attempts. On one occasion I was able to get one of his co-workers who presumably was in the same office talking to him. I was assured that He would make the corrections by the cob on that day. Two days later I had yet to receive any such statements or credit card corrections.
I stipulate that they may be busy due to Hurricane Sandy, but avoiding phone calls, ignoring e-mails, and not following through on promises all add up to horrible customer service. At least acknowledging the e-mail or returning a phone call would be prudent.
Yes, the apartment is nice, but beware of the customer service and watch out if you need to cut short your trip. You are billed in full up front so it seems they are not worried about quickly correcting billing or at least this perticular agent (Mr. Nanavati) is not..Response from Sky City Apartments - 12/06/2012

We apologize for the delay in processing your request. For any refund we are required to go through an internal approval process which takes a few days. I understand that the lack of communication was frustrating to you, but as you have noted, Hurricane Sandy affected us quite dramatically and we were short-staffed for days. You left on the 12th and your refund was processed on the 21st, which is not a terribly long delay under the circumstances. But in any event, we are sorry for any inconvenience.

have a good view of Hadson river and the flat itself is very clean and new. The kitchen room is well equiped and we almost cooked everyday by ourselves without any problem. Just few minutes away from the path line which is well connected to NY public transportation system. There are also big supermarkets nearby. Will choose this apartments again when I re-visit New York.
