Wir waren zu fünft am Weg u. das erste Mal in einer Wohnung. Es hätt nicht besser sein können. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen ausblick u. die Dachterrasse einen fantastischen. Da kann man auch frühstücken wenn einem das hinauftransportieren des Geschirrs u. der Lebensmittel nichts ausmacht. Die Lage ist auch super .5 Minuten bis zur Path (Bahn) direkt zum WTC.Dann kann man sich ins Großstadterlebnis stürzen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr geräumig mit genug Platz . Sehr sauber und mit Handtüchern ,Bettwäsche ,Geschirrtüchern ausgestattet.

We were worried about was this really only 15 minutes from NY city, but it really was. The apartment was huge with walk in closets bigger that my spare room at home! It was well equipped with everything we needed including starter packs of toiletries and cleaning materials. The view was fabulous and the roof terrace lovely to use while we waited for our flight home. A small gripe for us was no safe to store our valuables so we had to carry our passports all the time. Another minor issue is there are no instructions for the t.v,. cooker, washer etc. However these are minor and overall the apartment was fabulous! We didn't need to contact the operator at all so I can't comment on service.

Check in was simple--just picked up key from concierge. Apartment was ideal especially when compared to the option of two hotel rooms for our group. Kitchen was clean and well -stocked. Location was as advertised-- on the water with beautiful view of NYC skyline. Easy access to public transportation with allowance for recent storm closures.

Nice spacious apartment with fantastic views across the Hudson from the roof terrace. Short walk to the path train. Decent shopping mall close by and not far to the nearest supermarket. Good clean and safe area to stay. Apartment was very quiet. Parking was available from $10 a day though the concierge. Very well equipped gym available.
Only criticism was the lack of cooking equipment pots etc and the lack of an electric kettle.

The service is very good.
I liked the place so much, furniture and all the contents of the apartment are ??from best brands, the location is excellent, View from Balcony was fantastic, the services very good in the neighborhood, everything is available around the building.
Best thing I liked the site and luxury furniture.
What I did not like that there was no daily cleaning service, in addition to that there was no service to save luggage in case of an early check in or early check out as well. -

The apartment is very well furnished with also exellent beds.
As you hire an apartment you have to phone to someone from sky city apartment. The concierge of the apartment can't help you.
At the moment we arrived the concierge couldn't find the envelop with the key to give to us. This was a bit confusing. He gave us than the key of an apartment that was not furnished.
At the end he called himself to Sky City apartments. He didn't have the key because they were still cleaning the flat.
So it gives a but communication problems.
But the view at Manhattan and the Hudson river is fantastic and we had no other problems.
The price/quality is very good. -

We had overall a satisfactory service, despite a couple of days without internet connection which was critical for us. The appartment was relatively clean despite the obvious wear & tear of the cheap furniture. We did not suffer from the several malfonctionning lights as we stayed there during bright days of July. The corridors are deadly decorated in a kind of jail style. On the other hand, the residence is fantastically located, close to the path station, and to a ferry landing point. Commuting to Manhattan takes 15 to 30 minutes. The value of the appartment is obviously in the view across the Hudson river towards Manhattan. The club house, its terrace and its gymnasium are very well positionned and designed to enjoy the views too! The cooking and dinning equipment were almost sufficient for a French family, and the view really amazing from the cooking/dish washing area!

The service that Sky City apartments offer is excellent. The quote and response from the first contact was very prompt and detailed. I called the office at my arrival and they explain the taxi driver how to get to the apartment.
The apartment was in excellent condition. My husband and I traveled with our two kids of 3 and 4 years old and the apartment offer a lot of space. The property was very clean, the beds and linen are confortable and top quality, kitchen hardware was new and the apartment had everything we need on a trip. The decoration was modern, simple and very refreshing.
Location for this apartment is very convenient for a family. It is 2 minutes' walk from the pier with easy reach to Manhattan yet is not in the center of the noise and smoke of the big city. It was very nice to relax on the balcony contemplating the city without noise.
I like everything.
