New 2006, central air conditioning and heat, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor walk-up in heart of Jerusalems finest area, Rechavia. Located on a quiet block, # 11 Hatibonim Street which is directly off Rechov Derech Aza. This apartment is fully furnished modern and comes fully equipped with linens, towels, glatt kosher kitchen utensils, dishes and pots and pans. Sabbath urn, hot plate and electric timer. If booking between 60 and 90 days 50% deposit required and a 2 night non-refundable cancellation fee attaches when cancelling more than 60 days but less than 90 days. Total bill must be paid 30 Days prior to arrival and all amounts paid is non-refundable if cancellation is 30 days or less from arrival date.

The apartment was amazing. From start to finish the location was central and we were able to walk all around Jerusalem, the property was quiet and private, and the customer service was impeccable. We would look forward to coming back to it after each outing. The apartment was clean and inviting with such a friendly feel to it. For anyone seeking a really relaxing, comfortable stay with a luxury feel, you will love this apartment. I will surely use it again!

This apartment was awesome and exceded our expectations. Central location, clean, modern and all the amenities. The washer and dryer were also a big plus. would highly recommend as it is priced well and a solid value.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and had a great time. It enabled us to walk almost anywhere. There were shops located right across the street.
The appartment was clean, the appliances all worked well and the caretaker was available for any issues.
Overall a great stay. -

It took me 58 years to make the trip. It's not like the King David hotel but then again it might be (I never stayed in the king David ). What it is, a comfy apt on a very well located residential street with fairly easy parking. The place was clean, stress free with a 24 hour cafe two blocks away. Jerusalem has so much to see, I would recommend getting up early and coming home late. It did only take a day to feel like home. If you do stay there and you find a NY Yankee hat- it's mine.

we rented the apartment for two weeks at the end of august 2010 - with our 4 kids. The apartment was furnished nicely and it fit our family very comfortably 3 bedroom 2 full bath with a laundry room. nice kitchen and livingroom. greta value as an alt to a hotel. The apartment was very centrally located to Ben Yehudah & the Old City etc.

Always stayed in hotels and ate Shabbos meals in hotels. The apt was absolutely spotless, agent met us upon our arrival,more than enough linens, and ate the Shabbos meals with our son in the apt (which we bought ready) on paper plates, and it was so cozy and much more relaxed and enjoyable than a hotel stay.

I rented the Honigsfeld apartment in Jerusalem for 10 days in late January to early February 2011 with my wife and several of our teenage children. The apartment was very centrally located to downtown Jerusalem (Ben Yehudah), Shaarei Chesed, Rechavia, the Old City etc. It was new, clean, well appointed,modern,comfortable and plenty of room for 6 (3 bedrooms)and more if you include the couch. I shopped around and this property was by far the most reasonably priced. We were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend it.
