The one-hundred-and-twenty year-old house is located next door to Mishkenot Sha'ananim and to the Windmill, both of which constitute one of the city's first construction projects, outside the walls of the Old City.

We had a great stay here the apartment is comfortable, clean, and the best location in Jerusalem. Yemin Moshe is pretty and quiet and walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The Kliers are very good hosts - we were met on arrival. We had a minor plumbing problem that was fixed almost immediately. The bed is comfortable and the sheets and towels were good. The kitchen is very usable. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Our only regret is that we were not around enough to take full advantage of the apartment. There were two of us and the place felt large. There is plenty of room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Definitely stay here. We would come again.

A great place to stay that's just a stroll to the old city. The neighborhood is beautiful and the apartment is too. 2 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room and were comfortable in our 'home' in Jerusalem.
The owners are spectacular (and helpful) people who we would look forward to seeing again in any circumstance. Would stay there again withouth question.

An ideal location to explore the most amazing city in the world. A short stroll to the Jaffa Gate.
Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably stayed in this well equiped and comfortable apartment. Seperate tv area is perfect for the kids to play in.
The owner Gad is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to ensure you are aware of the surrounding facilities and shops.
Perfect location.
Will stay there again when visiting Jerusalem. -

This two bedroom apartment in Yemin Moshe is perfect for a Jerusalem stay. Can accomodate a family (has 2 bathrooms!), is large and comfortable. Price was reasoanble, hosts (live upstairs) were very helpful. Walking distance to Old City/ Quaint neighborhood with great views nearby.

This apartment is a perfect location in the beautiful Yemin Moshe neighborhood right next to the windmill. Parking was available on the same street. Walk to the Old City as well as excellent restaurants, shopping, etc. Gad is very helpful and has many suggestions. the apartment is spacious but the bed in the master b/r is only like a full size - not queen and as i am a big guy, it was a bit crowded for 2 people. The a/C in the 2nd bedroom actually is not in the b/r. It blows into the entry way and then Gad set up a fan to blow it into the room. The couches/furniture in the living room could be a little more comfortable. there is wireless in the apartment. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

My wife and I spent 4 perfect days here in June. Pedestrianised bliss with delightful plants and flowers, just a couple of minutes' walk from all the sights of the old city. Gad was really helpful with information about shopping, restaurants and history.Highly recommended.

The location cannot be beat. This is arguably the most important aspect of staying in Jerusalem. Beyond that, this home is first-rate. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a great family room all works together to give you plenty of space and convenience.
The owner, Gad, lives upstairs and is incredibly helpful with suggestions about dining, shopping, etc.
I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this would be among the very best. -

Our Family of 5 stayed in the Klier's rental. Its location is superb, next to the windmill of Yemin Moshe, a brief walk to the Old City and to the new city. There was ample free parking next to the unit. Access was simple and safe. Could not beat this location!

A wonderful tour last year of Israel left us with a desire to spend time living in Jerusalem. Not knowing anyone, we relied on Trip advisor reviews to choose a place to stay for three weeks.
We were so thrilled to discover that our choice had been the right one in so many ways. Yemin Moshe--just a short walk from the Old City, the King David Hotel, public transportation, and several parks--was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was not only lovely but provided us with every comfort and amenity, including two televisions and a fully functional kitchen. We spent everyday either in Jerusalem or taking day trips to Masada, Tel aviv, Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee, even got to akko north of Haifa. Coming "home" each day was a true pleasure.
But the best thing about this apartment were the owners--Gad and Ella made every effort to make our stay enjoyable--answering every question, taking us to find a market, even helping us arrange transportation on Shabbat. When we left, we felt we had left behind a part of ourselves.

This was a charming aprtment in such a beautiful and peaceful part of Jerusalem. It was clean, comfortable, and the proprietors could not have been kinder. For anyone who is an artist, this apartment used to be an art studio and the ambience, lighting, details give you the feeling that while you are in an apartment, you are still getting the feel of an art gallery.

We spent seven fantastic days in this former art gallery converted to a comfortable basement apartment right next to the Windmill. It was great for our family of two couples and one child. Apartment is tranquil and self-contained. Very helpful owners live above and even took the trouble to lead us to local 24 h market on arrival. Kitchenette is located in entrance room with small table. Large comfortable dining/living room opens off and contains nice touches like books and great paintings. Two bedrooms, one en-suite. Second bathroom. WiFi in most rooms. All beautifully clean on arrival. Despite pedestrianisation of Yemin Moshe the apartment is close to road/parking where taxis are abundant for our poorly-mobile 83 year old. Owners Gad and Ella even advised us on where to borrow a rollator/wheeler for the week. A great deal considering the excellent location. Highly recommended.

We have spent 2 nights at Gad Klier's flat in Yamin Moshe, with 3 little kids and We enjoyed so much!! The flat is beutifull, clean and comfortable and the location - right in the middle of Yamin moshe , one of the most beautifull and magic neighbourhoods in Jerusalem !! We didnt move our car as We could go to every sight by walking.

This is a magnificently restored 19th c. Apartment. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and very convenient. Only drawback is that there is no view. But step outside and there is the most spectacular view of the old city of Jerusalem.
