We (myself, my wife, and teenage son) had a very pleasant stay at Jerusalem City Center Suites in January. Ben was extremely helpful in meeting our needs (Kosher and Sabbath observance, off-street parking) and was a pleasure to work with, both before and during our stay. The rooms were basic but clean and spacious, and the location was excellent, right at the center of town. There was some noise one or two nights because of a club located nearby, but most nights were quiet. And for Sabbath-observers, the shutters are operated by an electric switch, so had to stay in one position (we kept it down), but it was not a major issue.
I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating the management was to our needs, and would definitely recommend it to friends. -

The staff (from the owner to maintenance) are absolutely wonderful. I had to make special checkin arrangements due to arriving on Shabbat, and they made everything easy and simple. They are kind and responsive to guests' needs. The rooms are clean, secure, and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. At these affordable rates in Kikar Tsion, I was honestly concerned that the quality of the hotel might be subpar; I was pleasantly surprised. I'd enthusiastically recommend this place to any Jerusalem traveler. (Finally, if free, speedy, reliable wifi access is important to you, then this is definitely your best option in Jerusalem!)

You could not ask for nicer or better management and staff; I would recommend City Center for this alone. The location is also wonderful; steps from a great cafe, very close to the light rail, a great area to stroll around in the evenings, and walking distance to the Old City. Heard some noise at night from outside, but not enough to be bothersome. This place has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

City Center Hotel is comparable to a modern apartment with a balcony. The hotel is within the shopping area of King George, Yafo, and Ben Yehuda streets.
The location is fantastic, just step outside and you'll see shops and restaurants all around you. There is a bakery just outside the hotel. The central bus station/tram is perhaps two or three minutes away. Staying at the city center hotel allows you to just come and go at east without having to carry around shopping bags or find bathrooms since its only minutes away.
The location is perfect for tourists/pilgrims wanting to shop and dine. After my tour ended, I booked additional nights in both Jerusalem and Tel aviv to fully enjoy Israeli culture, food, and to shop.
Staff is very friendly and they offer information about the area including free tours of the old city. Of course most tours will cost you.
The beds were quite comfy. The room includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchenette and supplies. One thing that I really like was how the kitchen drawers close automatically.
One thing you should know is that the door does not automatically lock like traditional hotels, so you have to manually lock it. -

Apartments are located in the heart of Jerusalem, the Old Town for 10-15 minutes walking. The room has everything you need. Cleaned and towels changed every day. Excellent staff.

I stayed here with my sister and friends and I have to say that I was extremely pleased! Your place was very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable! Location is really convenient, and the room was nicely decorated and very inviting :) Thank you for always helping with day trip plans, and helping us out in any way you could- we definitely have and will continue to recommend City Center Suites!!

The best place I've stayed in Jerusalem in this price range. Studio rooms give you a stove, fridge, cutlery and crockery. Big TV. Very clean and excellent service (Nathaniel, the manager, was very helpful and courteous). Ideal location just of Ben Yehuda St, ideal for West Jerusalem's nightlife and restaurants, and just a ten minute walk to the Old City. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious, extremely comfortable and the general cleanliness of was absolutely impeccable.
Wifi was fast and worked with my Macbook Pro, iPad and iPhone flawlessly. 11 out of 10.
Plus reception was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me priceless local information about how to get around Jerusalem. -

We did not book this, just found it by chance. how lucky we were. The apartment was very roomy and had everything we wanted, we had enough to do some basic cooking if we didn't want to eat out. The location was great, so many places to eat and a real lively atmosphere just around the corner although the flat itself was very peaceful. Transport to the old city was on the doorstep with the new tram. Service was fantastic, Nate was such a nice guy, who was always willing to help and provide information. Very good value for money. If we were going back to Jerusalem we would definately stay here.

Very good overall.
Only problem was the kitchen: the stove didn't work and the kitchenware was insufficient.
Everything else was excellent, and the staff very friendly and kind. -

The studio was fantastically located, and included all the basic amenities for living alone for two months. The room itself was a bit simple, but clean, and the managers were extremely helpful in addressing any concerns or issues. I stayed during the transition of ownership to the new company, and I can whole-heartedly say that the new management was really great in trying to accommodate the renters (for one instance- installing flat screen TVs in the rooms).
