Left on 05/02/2013 for a stay in April 2013
This was a great place to stay in Jerusalem (a little hard to find). Close to restaurants, an outdoor market & public transportation. So easy to get around and see many things. Staff was awesome!!! Apartment was very nice.

Left on 04/21/2013 for a stay in April 2013
Stayed here for 2 weeks in april 2013. Excellent location, right next to Mahane Yehuda - short walk to most major Jerusalem tourist sites and public transport.
Whilst this is not a serviced apartment in the classic sense, the staff are fantastic and promptly tended to all of our needs. We were pleasantly surprised to find our apartment equipped with all necessary washing, cleaning and bathroom products. Towels, linen etc, as expected, are all provided as well.
The apartment was very clean and has relatively modern decor. All in all, great value for money and highly recommended. -

Colorado Springs, Colorado USAExcellent accommodations – Outstanding Location in Jerusalem
Left on 04/11/2013 for a stay in March 2013
From March 17 to april 4, 2013, we stayed at Windows of Jerusalem Tower Suites in a one bedroom apartment on the 14th Floor. It has a good view of town with the large windows in the main room and bedroom. The natural light makes this apartment very appealing to stay in.
Goldie Spector, the general manager, is an excellent communicator. Her language skills were very beneficial to us because we only speak English. Prior to our arrival, she kept us up-to-date about the apartment accommodation. A couple of days before our check out, we contacted her via email, and she immediately responded to us. She was very helpful in making arrangements for a shared taxi to the airport for our departure flight from Tel-Aviv. Goldie provided excellent customer service for us during our visit in Jerusalem.
The accommodation's listing was accurate in its description about the apartment and amenities, which provides a very comfortable and relaxing setting. The apartment is well maintained, and we found it clean upon our arrival.
At both entrances, the security involves a doorman and elevators requiring a card pass. We felt very safe in this building and surrounding neighborhoods both day and night. We found a supermarket located a few blocks away on King George Street, within walking distance from the apartment.
The Jerusalem Light Rail Station (Ha-Davidka) is located on Jaffa Street near an entrance to the apartment building. We prefer to walk to get exercise daily but the transportation with the light rail, buses, and taxis are readily available.
Being vegetarians, we found that the Village Green Restaurant on Jaffa Street provided an excellent variety of tasty food (soups, salads, quiches, and desserts). Additionally, there are a number of other restaurants near the apartment that offer very good Israeli cuisine.
We give it a 5-Star rating, and highly recommend it to all travelers wanting to visit Jerusalem. -

BostonExcellent apt for Familes and Couples
Left on 10/31/2012 for a stay in August 2012
I don't usually write reviews and frankly writing this one is probably against my own interests because a lot of other people will want to stay here as more positive reviews are posted and this "undiscovered" option becomes more well known. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids <5 years old and 1 infant) from Boston who came to stay for almost three weeks.
Management: Excellent. Up front, quick and responsive to every request. Very accessible and attentive to needs
apt: Excellent. Feels brand new. Upscale. Super clean. View is superb (from the one I had) - wish I could post the pictures we took. Kitchen is great. Washer / dryers were very useful. Internet was great. Air Conditioning made summer bearable. There was one building wide issue (a one time event) with the aC, but management helped coordinate fans for us and the issue was quickly resolved.
Family: Having 5 people stay there was fine. They setup a crib for the baby and 2 cots (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). Along with the large bed we were able to all sleep very comfortably despite having just one room. Elevators are quick and easily fit the stroller for the kids. Parking was pretty accessible in the building (though some parking floors can not be reached directly...two stops needed).
Location: Its right downtown by Davidka square. The new train goes right by (but you are so high up that you don't hear it at all). You are very close to Ben Yehuda and Machne Yehuda (great for breakfasts and snacks) and can quickly get a cab to anywhere (or just walk ... we went to the old city multiple times with the kids).
I would highly recommend this apartment. My parents actually came with us and stayed in another apartment in the same building with the same company. It was great for them too - excellent view and same service. They will be coming back frequently too. Looking forward to returning to enjoy Jerusalem in comfort again soon.

The apartment was great. It was immaculate and everything in the apartment was modern and new. The view was spectacular. The building had security and a parking garge if you needed it. The location is unbelievable. You can be anywhere in Jeruslem either by walking or by car in a matter of minutes. The owners were very easy to deal with and very helpful. I definitely recommend this property to families or anyone who is visiting Jerusalem.

Usually you tour Jerusalem and go back to the hotel. This stay was different - the location is unbelievable - right in the center of everything. The view is unbeatable... and I mean truly unbeatable... i have never seen a better view anywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful - above and beyond! For the value you are getting, the price is shockingly low. There is no question that this will be my address in Jerusalem!

Left on 09/02/2012 for a stay in August 2012
This apartment was everything we were looking for. It was clean, secure and it had everything we needed. Wonderful views, and a perfect location to get to everything within minutes.
They were very attentive to any questions or needs we had. I would reccomend to anyone I know to rent here when they visit.
The listing was everything it stated. So convient to the market, the light rail is right outside the front door, there is an aTM next door, and even a cell phone store when I needed to recharge my sim card. It is a delightful 15-20 minute walk to the Jaffa Gate (that was with three children). And literally 3-5 minutes to Ben Yehuda.
We rented a car and had a few options for parking lots, just make sure you understand the rates of the lot, and save your receipt to prove what you paid for when you pulled in, so they don't try to charge you more when you leave.
Thank you for making this part of our trip hassle free, and living up to the expectations you presented. -

Great apartment in a great location with a great staff. would highly recommend for a small family or couple. Very safe area, convenient to everything. I've stayed in Jerusalem 5 x's from the U.S., the last 2 times have been here, and will always check here 1st for future trips. All the modern conveniences I am spoiled to in the states with easy access to the places I like to go. Golda and the staff have always been very accomodating, even when my requests seemed a little demanding.

The owner of these apartments is very kind and helpful, but lives far away. When you get to one of his apartments you will be in the hands of the manager, Goldie. I warn you to be careful. In our case – just to give one example , there are more – my son left behind his money belt with quite a quantity of money. We never got to see it again because she said she did not find it.
In general, you will get no help during your stay unless you pay for it.
Dont ask for help, she does not like it. -

ParisA great find in Jerusalem
Left on 07/11/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Me and two of my colleagues we stayed at this apartment for 10 days in June this year. Since we travel a lot, we are tired of staying in hotels and finding this apartment during our trip to Jerusalem was a pleasure: a great location (just 20 minutes walk from the old city and my view from the bed was over the city), friendly people (making the check-in and check out very easy), beautiful (modern and well equipped) and clean apartment - what more could we ask. We definitely recommend this place to people, for whatever you are are visiting Jerusalem for - business or leisure.

Left on 06/28/2012 for a stay in May 2012
My family and I stayed in this beautiful apartment; I almost didn't want to step outside because the window views of the entire city were so lovely! When I did, however, I was centrally located within walking distance to the lively markets, historical sites, and the new trolley line. Extremely clean with attentive hosts, I will definitely be staying here in my future visits to this vibrant and culturally rich city.

Left on 06/18/2012 for a stay in June 2012
My husband and I rented this clean and nicely appointed apartment for several days in late May / early June. Superbly located right near the light rail that leads to Jaffa Gate, within a few short blocks of a huge shuk (Mechane Yehuda Market), near several coffee shops and restaurants and not far from a large park, it met all our needs for sightseeing in Jerusalem. We actually were able to walk to the old city and rarely used the Yaffo St. Light Rail, but it was nice to know it was there. Similarly, it was nice to have Goldie the lovely manager nearby, but we really did not require additional help. The WiFi and clothes washer were real pluses!

Left on 06/14/2012 for a stay in April 2012
The Window of Jerusalem apartment building in Jerusalem's City Center was all that we could have asked for. The one-bedroom apart was very clean and bright with big windows looking out over the city. Golda Spector the manager was wonderful to us, making sure that everything was in great order. She even went beyond the call of duty to order us a cell phone and have it delivered to us at the building. Richard Goldberg, our initial contact in the us at EXP Israel was also wonderful to work with and had our booking finialized very quickly. He was very helpful and answered all our questions with much patience. Thank you very much.
We just had a very positive experience with EXP Israel. We would recommend these apartments to others and will stay here again when we return to Israel. One other thing, the new "Light Rail" running right outside the Building on Jaffa St. was a tremendous help in getting around the city.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean, roomy, modern, and very central. It had all the amenties as listed, and had good security. On arrival we were met by the rental agent & shown around, and we were given contact phone numbers in case we had any questions (which we didn't). We would absolutely stay here again & will recommend this to friends & family.

For my 3 week business trip to Jerusalem the apartment was a perfect choice. Clean, great light and views. Centrally located, able to walk everywhere, no need for a car. Modern apartment with all new appliances including wireless internet and great a/c. The owner who actually lives onsite was very hospitable and made the rental transaction very easy.
