L'appartement est neuf et aménagé de façon moderne et agréable,spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. La vieille ville est facilement accessible avec le tramway proche. Excellent accueil de Benny. Un petit bémol : les salles d'eau sont un peu étriquées, mais c'est histoire d'en trouver un ! A noter que la vue donne sur un immeuble en construction, ce sera donc plus agréable encore lorsqu'il sera terminé.

I want to thank you about trusting me, because you did not ask me any deposit. And also want to thank you about how we found all the things you had bought for us to have when we recently arrived. We appreciate this very much.
We really had a great time, and loved very much the location, we were near from everywhere and going to any tour only took us few seconds. The neighborhood is very quiet.
I will recommend it to all my friends because it was an unforgettable stay.

Bennie's apartment is luxurious and Bennie is a delight. It accommodated our family of 5 with a folding bed in the second bedroom. It had every possible convenience we needed, including a shopping trolley to bring back fresh produce from Machane Yehuda, just a 10 minute walk away. I was particularly grateful that there was a Nespresso machine. The apartment had unlimited hot water, something that I initially took for granted, and later appreciated when I rented other apartments in Israel.
When we did have one minor glitch, Bennie was very quick to rectify the problem. - he's very professional.
Location-wise, it was great. We relied heavily on the light rail which is just a 5 minute walk away. We would love to return - thank you Bennie! -

Mexico city.(almost) no place like home.

Although the saying is: 'There is no place like home', I was so happy to discover that I found one.
Just spent the most amazing 2 months at the most amazing city in the world and fortunately at the most beautiful, warm, chic, elegant and cozy place I could ever ask for.
The most comfortable location ever. No traffic issues at all. Exit from the private parking lot to every place arround me, in 5 to 10 minutes max.
Nevertheless, walking distance from the authentic and exotic Shuk (market) which revived by so many social/coltural events latley.. Its a bless.
The owners of the place are such a carrying, responsible family who takes care of every little tiny need you might have so you'll feel totally at home.
Even got addicted to their Nespresso coffee machine..
The unique stylish apartment with its special artistic details up till the last one, includes even a romantic candle spot at the entrance, to light up the atmosphere..
What can I say..
I am looking forward for my next visit to come back home, most definitely to this apartment.
Do not think twice to rent the place and please Do thank me later.
Who else deserves the best but us?!..

Benny was very kind and always available.
The apartment is in a new building with elevator, parking and a gym which is very hard to find in the is area.
