Very chic, newly renovated, first floor, 2 bedroom apt in the heart of the German Colony. The luxurious living room with urban garden has a sliding door enabling a third private bedroom space. The apt sleeps 9 comfortably. The spacious kitchen is well equipped.

L appartement,tout equipé,est bien situé,par rapport a l ancienne ville,ainsi que la nouvelle.
Quartier charmant avec commerces et restaurant tout autour...ya meme une poste pour les cartes postales.
Ilan a été super,toujours a l ecoute et serviable,et tres gentil.
Nous etions 8 avec nos parents et mes soeurs,on se sentait comme a la maison.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great experience. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The apartment met most of the needs of our family of 5. It had wifi, a washer dryer, flat screen tvs with cable service and each of my 3 kids had their own comfortable bed. It was clean and comfortable and pleasant. The location was fabulous, close to all restaurants and shopping.
We would rent this apartment again!! -

Our family of four (kids 13 and 9) rented this two bedroom apartment for a week and were very pleased with the entire experience. The apartment is generally spacious with a very large living room (that can sleep 4 people if needed), a large kitchen with 6 person dining table, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with three twins). There are two toilets (one just a toilet and the other shared with a sink, shower and washer/dryer). The kitchen was well equiped for our cooking needs. It was quite hot while were were there and the air conditioning worked like a gem!
The apartment is located right next to Emek Refaim Street, a main cafe laden street in the German quarter. It was easy to walk to the grocery store or just about any kind of restaurant your heart desired. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the Jaffa Gate in the old city. Public Transporation was plentiful and easy to access.
If you plan on having a car with you, I would highly recommend purchasing a dedicated parking spot from the owner, as parking around the apartment can be challenging in the evening as many folks visit the neighborhood to eat. As an FYI, the apartment had an excellent wifi connection that worked in all rooms.
The owner of the apartment, Ilan Sibony, was a perfect landlord. He greeted us upon arrival and was available at any time for any questions we needed answering. The apartment also reflected Ilan's Moroccan upbringing and eye for nice decor. I would describe the environment as genuinely relaxing.
I would easily stay in this apartment again, even without the kids, as the location and space was excellent.
