Realmente es muy recomendable el apartamento. Es comodo hasta para 5 personas. Tiene todo lo que se necesita. Esta espectacularmente ubicado a 15 minutos caminando a la ciudad vieja de Jerusalem, esta a 100 metros del centro de comercios de Jerusalem, y a 600 metros del majane Yehuda que es el lugar indicado para comprar todo tipo de alimentos y regalos.
Si van con auto tienen estacionamiento a 200 metros por 1.5 usd la hora de 8 a 19 horas. gratis el resto de los horarios y tambien en shabat.

This place was formidable.! Very close to good restaurants and colored market: Mehane Yehuda... I like that market very much..! The owner of the apartment was very helpful with everything. We ask for a cd/dvd player and we will pay extra.. but is was for free 12 days long.
It's noisy because of the trafficlights, a lot of cars across the street, but we sleep very well. -

The apartment is located right in the center of Jerusalem. That means we could walk to the Ben Yehuda mall as well as our friends and relatives who live near by.
The service was wonderful. If we needed anything, we called the Segals and they responded. The apartment was quite comfortable, I especially appreciated the desk for my computer and the flawless internet service they provide. The two rooms and the kitchen are spacious and comfortable and the two televisions are very fine. In all, we were most satisfied with the apartment and hope to rent it again in the summer. -

We were very pleased with our stay at the Segal apartments. The location could not be better; you are able to walk to just about anywhere in the city. Our apartment was also kept up very well. We stayed for a few days, left for a week, then returned to stay another week, and both days when we got to the apartment everything was very nice and clean and organized. We were even provided with a menorah and candles as it was still Hanukkah during our stay (as well as Shabbat candles/candlesticks).
There were 3 main rooms in our apartment with 2 of them having heat and the third not. We kept getting a little chilly at night and asked the landlord if there was any way we could get more heat in the third room, and 20 minutes later, he showed up with a heater that really made it comfortable in the room.
Lastly, the family that owns these apartments is incredibly honest. One day during our stay there, I left the apartment with a few hundred shekels. I did not end up using any of the cash, but when I returned home, I realized I didn't have any of it. I decided to go back to the store and look for it on the ground or ask the cashiers if they had found it... When I was walking out of the main door of the apartment lobby, I saw a note written on it by the landlord's son, explaining that he had found an amount of money, and if we knew anything about it, to call his number. I called and explained how much money it was, if it was folded/flat, etc, and he met up with us later that day to give us the money. Very honest family!! They are willing to go the extra step to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.Response from Avraham Segal - 01/19/2013

We were looking for a short-term rental in the heart of Jerusalem. This apartment had just what we needed for our care-free vacation. Located just off Ben Yehuda on Betzalel, it was a short walk to the shops, the buses, tram, and even a drop-off laundry service. The rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning and TV (if you need it). For a small family on-the-go, this 2-bedroom apartment was our home away from home.
