      Outstanding stay at Mystical apartment

Left on 07/15/2012 for a stay in July 2012

We had a great stay at this truly unique apartment in the ancient village of Ein Kerem, which is just outside Jerusalem. We had the city by day and a countyside town by night. Highly recommend it.

Great location, very clean and well maintained amizing property

The unique experience we had while staying at atalia's wonderful vacation rental is worth sharing.  Atalia welcomed us with a beautiful smile and some of her famous home made jam and pastries Her almond cookies are to die for. Atalia's charming personality, full attendance to her guest needs and yet laid back attitude made my family feel at home right from the start.
The place is neatly organized and very clean. Has great amenities, very comfortable beds, a beautiful bathtub, AC, TV, and a cute little gardan with great views and a hammok! The kitchen is fully equipped and they even thought about the small stuff like milk, instant coffe and excellent Israeli coffee, selection of teas etc...
This is an old arbic house beautifully structured with arches and domes.  It feels very quint  and romantic. The design is modern but vary authentic and warm. unique way. This place is great for a family with kids! is very spacious, I was there with my husband 2 kids and 2 teenagers and we all had our privacy which was very nice.
Penina, Atalia's mom is a tour guide in Ein-Karen and Jerusalem. She is a very impressive women, friendly, knowledgable and always seemed to have a good story I share. Her help with maximizing our time in Jerusalem was priceless. This is a small family operation, and the Ein-Mor Family really knows the true meaning of hospitality.
We really feel like we have a home away from home in Jerusalem

      See you in 2013

      Fairytale weekend

Left on 10/13/2010 for a stay in September 2010

Our weekend in Ein Kerem was like a dream. First, such a magnificent location - the ancient house belonging to the Ein Mor family, with its dome ceilings and white stone walls envelopes you in a feeling of calm and serenity. And Ein Kerem : a small village rich in history and so full of charm, we took much delight in exploring the little winding alleyways and poking our noses through many a gate in order to catch a glimpse of the beautiful back garden scenery. Also, on our Saturday morning we went on the weekly 10am tour around the historical sites of the area. This lovely excursion saw us ambling through picturesque hillside streets on our way to the Church of St John the Baptist, the Notre Dame de Sion Monastery, and the Russian Orthadox Gorney Convent.
Our hosts were the epitome of Israeli hospitality. Right from our first communication with them, they exuded warmth and generosity, and upon our arrival they made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Thankyou, especially, to atalia, for preparing for us every morning an abundant and delicious breakfast - everything she makes herself, from the bread right down to the 3 types of jam! Not to mention the splendid buffet brunch she prepares every Friday for not only her own guests of the apartment but invites any food lover who would like to try a taste of her fine cuisine. And also to Pnina, with her extensive knowledge as a tour guide, who offered us so many useful suggestions on where to go and what to see in Jerusalem, and all over Israel.

Overall, we had an exquisite few days in the apartment, and highly recommend that you venture there yourself to discover this hidden little paradise, and to experience first hand the excellent service offered by Pnina and atalia.

      very special place to stay

Left on 09/26/2010 for a stay in August 2010

I decided to run away from the humid and hot air of Tel aviv'
to be in the very special village of Ein Karem. Pnina's place has a special atmosphere, they gave us a very warm reception, and the place was exactly what we were looking for...don't forget to ask her about the neighborhood, she is very much involved!!! and take walking shoes for morning joggling...
