Casablanca Suite Villa is a private 4 Bedrooms Villa with en-suite King Size Bed for each Bedroom which is located in Ungasan area. This villa is close to Banyan Tree Beach it takes about 7 minutes walking distance. From Airport International Ngurah Rai it takes about 20 minutes drive and to Seminyak/Kuta area is around 25 minutes drive by car.
Casablanca Suite Villa is new modern style villa and has been renovated on early of December 2010. Villa itself was great, and was great value. It is kept in good condition. Service was great and staff tried to accommodate everything best they could. The villa management also helped us to book spas, dinners and day tours. Made things much easier. Thanks Yunie!
There are however 3 things that you should be aware of:
1) The water pressure and temperature was so-so in the upstairs rooms, but bearable. Pool-side villa didn't seem to have this problem.
2) Location is a bit remote and you can't walk anywhere - not even to beach (at least we didn't figure out how to get to a public beach nearby). As shops are quite far away, it's a struggle to get a midnight snack or change your breakfast choices the night before.
3) If you like to sleep-in, then again there may be some issues. First of all, sun is bright (which is why you go to Bali I guess). So makes sleeping in a bit hard. And secondly, it is quite noisy despite its remote location. Music seems to play at various times of the day from across the road, and the roosters nearby crow at all times of the day. But if you intend to maximise your days in Bali, or you are a deep sleeper, then there is no harm in the sun, music and roosters :DResponse from Nagisa Bali Property Management - 10/05/2012

UKstay in bali over chinese new year 2012

1) Good manager called ade, and a fantastic driver, booking was easy
2) design of the house was nice! pool is run-down :(
3) power failure on 2 nights
4) staff was not prepared and not able to understand english well enough; e.g. they do not have spare tanks of water so we ran out of drinking water in the middle of the evening

I stayed Casablanca Site Villa with my family, 12, 10, and 6 years old kids. The best of this villa is huge private pool!! Kids loved to be a dominant of such huge water amusement as well as adults could enjoy pool side relaxation without embarrassed by noise. (Believe me! it is that big!) Villa itself is 4BR large one with very reasonable price. One could provide added color was all the Indonesian dishes that house maid cooked which you do not have to go out and search local food. You can access the shore side in a few minutes and sunset there is unforgettable! All the priceless memories with reasonable expense, that is the beauty of staying Bali, at Casablanca Site Villa!!
