We had an unforgettable vacation at Villa Jamalu! The villa was lovely. The staffs were very friendly and they took good care of us. Especially, we loved the chief a lot, she was so sweet and professional.
The villa was very beautiful and comfortable, the view was just amazing! All of us enjoyed our stay very much.
We held our wedding ceremony in Bali and stayed in Villa Jamalu in December 2012. I should give my review earlier. Anyway, I love the villa and definitely love to visit again. -

Beautiful setting. Cool, but traditional vibe. Very convenient from the aiport. The staff were amazing. Our villa chef was amazing... Looking forward to our next visit.

We have been to Bali on so many occasions and this is by far one the of the nicest villa's we've stayed in ... the owners have thought of everything! From the wonderful salt water pool, the games/media room, the gym, your own private massage room, the sumptuous bedrooms & bathrooms, the discrete attentive staff, the food, the outside terraces, the fabulous views & more ... nothing has been forgotten. We loved the fact that it is so close to one of our favourite beaches, a great walk in the mornings along Jimbaran Bay, perfect and so safe for my girls. Great local restaurants along the beach, & the top class restuarant pj's at the Four Seasons is a stroll away from the villa. Not that we needed any of that as the chef at the villa is wonderful and just hanging out at the villa is more relaxing than anything!
We hired a car with driver to explore the rest of the island, & the villa is only 15 mins for the airport, which is a huge bonus in Bali! Its also not too far from some of the best surfing beaches on the island.
More than anything, it was quite simply a tranquil and peaceful holiday. There was more than enough room for everyone, the girls were incredibly happy, & we didn't have to worry about a thing ... all cares and troubles were melted away in the Bali sun ... a little touch of heaven.
I would absolutely, without a doubt recommend Villa Jamalu to anyone ...

The staff at Villa Jamalu were just great - especially the inhouse chef whose meals were amazing every time. The accommodation is lovely and feels very luxurious, and is well suited to families with lots of space for everyone. Many thanks to Villa Jamalu for our fantastic holiday.

Sometimes things work out for a reason. The house we really wanted was booked out for the same period, so we settled on Jamalu. Thank goodness! It is difficult to describe in words how marvellous and special we found Villa Jamalu.
Where to start? The welcome by the staff set a wonderful tone for our stay. We found them friendly, accommodating and professional in every way. The Villa was presented immaculately. We absolutely loved the pool and are yet to find one better. And as for the view ... we never tired of it. My partner in particular liked how the staff made our beds and provided a turndown service each day "like magic" - very discretely and without fuss or disturbance.
It would be remiss of us to bypass the Chef. Her cooking and presentation was first class in every respect and we could not have asked for better. Additionally, no request was too difficult or inconvenient. We still rave about the food.
The owner should be extremely proud of what a wonderful property Jamalu is and the professional way in which it is operated by the fantastic staff. We are telling all our friends and family about it and have every intention of returning again.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best holidays we have ever experienced. -

We went there for a week in September and I have to say it was brilliant. What a fantastic place, the villa itself is stunning, and the decor is really well done. There are lots of nice touches like the Bose systems round the house, outdoor music, the gym and the pool room. It would be perfect for a large family as there is loads of space and the dining areas are set up to seat lots of people.
Great location a short walk from Jimbaran beach were there are several nice places to eat.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and the cook is fantastic - you have to try her breakfast pancakes!
We will definitely be going back there

Mr and Mrs Paul Martin thought of everything. The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully appointed, with all the creature comforts one would expect from a six star hotel - from the Bose systems in every room, the flat screen TVs.. billiard table in the gaming room, and in case you needed a work out, a gym with chilled towels and drinks in the chiller.
The pool is magnificent! Large & Deep and loads of fun for adults and children alike!
The bedrooms are fitted with the best of sheets and the most comfy of beds.. and the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in - if you even bother.
The staff is friendly and accomodating and filled with local knowledge - always happy to help!
This home is a delight to holiday in.. I would certainly recommend it to all my friends and family. Enjoy!
