Karang Kembar 3 is a luxury cliff top ocean view villa in Bali. It is located on a stunning cliff top on Bali's southern coast between Nusa Dua and Uluwatu, offering spectacular ocean views from throughout the property. It comprises 2 living areas, 2 dinning areas, a designer kitchen and 4 spacious bedrooms, all with views of the Indian Ocean. The villa is decorated with high quality art, furniture and furnishings which are complimented by state of the art communication and entertainment systems.
Guests can also enjoy views of the Indian Ocean from the 15 meter, T-shape infinity pool, tropical gardens, day gazebo and near-by beach club.

The villa is 10 minutes to Uluwatu cliff-top temple with spectacular ocean views and one of the world’s best surfing beaches. There are exclusive bars, restaurants and spas of luxury resorts nearby, e.g. Bvlgari Resort, Karma Kandara, etc.
It takes 5 minutes to Kutuh Beach with traditional seaweed farms and paintball spot, 15 minutes to Jimbaran Bay with its beachfront cafes. Paragliding Center is not far.
It is only 10 minutes to the famous Jenggala Keramik and its cafe, 15 minutes to Nusa Dua, GWK Cultural Park, Pecatu Indah Resort and Golf Club and 30 minutes to Kuta Beach.
45 minutes drive to Seminyak and Kerobokan with their famous restaurants e.g. Ku De Ta, Living Room, La Lucciola, etc.

The rate is inclusive of:

- Daily a-la-carte breakfast. There is an extra charge for non-resident guest

- Chef service. Food and beverage to be prepared for lunch and dinner are to be provided by the guests; our staff can purchase supplies with a 10% service charge on top of cost

- Daily housekeeping
- Full compliment of staff from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- A seven-seater car and driver (petrol not included) for 8 consecutive hours per day per each night stay. The car will have a full tank of petrol on arrival, and the guest is required to refill during the stay and return the car with a full tank of petrol. Thereafter the car will be charged hourly. Additional car can be arranged with additional fee.

My family is just back home from the most fantastic week in the villa. The staff was trmendous, and always made you feel welcomed. The location was perfect overlooking the indian ocean. The villa itself was just so tastfully decorated with fine art and furniture. Cannot wait to come back next year. Regards " the norwegian family"

Beautiful villa with stunning outlook and spacious bedrooms and living areas. Great inside and outside entertaining areas. Perfect infinity pool with breathtaking views over uluwatu. Staff who only want to make you happy and satisfy your every whim. Fabulous food at very reasonable prices. Loved it. Owner was also a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to help us organize our trip.

A beautiful home, clean, tidy and spacious. Beautifully furnished in Balinese style. Service and professionalism of staff was excellent.
We loved the pool and the view overlooking the ocean (the photo's that you see of the villa are in no way enhanced, what you see is what you get, stunning). This holiday enabled up to completely unwind and relax. The location was very private.
What did we like the least - the holiday ending !!

Excellent in everything, we have my mom, my aunt, my sister family,and my family, total 6 adults and 5 little kids (ages 1-7); everybody had so much fun in the villa. All the adults and kids love the infinity swimming pool, we love spending time in outdoor area, having breakfast see the sunrise and beach and etc...The interior of the villa is above and beyond, and super clean. Vivien and all the staffs were very professional and helpful, Definitely will recommend this villa to others

Truly a remarkable place. Lovely staff and luxurious surroundings. We had children traveling with us and the staff were great with them. The staff always kept our drinks fresh and the food was delicious.
The villa was beautiful, furnished to ensure the classiest lounging experience.
It is a little out of the way but that's what we wanted.

From the pickup at the airport, to breakfast on the last day, we were treated so well during our stay. The location is spectacular, the villa and grounds are superb, the staff helpful efficient and unobtrusive. Even when house or car bound due to weather -we did have two shocking days of rain - we did rest and relax and get into the Balinese time frame.
For a unique location and luxury stay I would recommend Karang Kembar 3 too all from couple to families. -

Karang Kembar 3 is a very nice villa with a hill top view over the breaking waves below. Located in a peaceful area, the villa is very spacious and equipped with everything you would expect from a quality property. The property management team provided us with excellent hospitality and arranged every thing we needed on our stay.

I had my wedding party last January and boy, was it memorable. The villa itself is one of a kind, beautiful in every way and will always be in our mind as the place where the journey started. The owner is super kind, super accommodating. And the manager & friendly staff also took care of us the best way they can.
I wish to go back there someday, possibly for my wedding anniversary. Truly one of the best moments in my life.

The very beautiful home makes you feel comfortable and safe.
The location for this house gives the impression that it was carefully chosen because it offers a great ocean view and offers the best holiday feeling.

From the moment we stepped into the front door of Karang Kembar 3 we were totally blown away.We have stayed in many villas but this has the most magnificent ocean views, luxurious furnishings and is absolutely private. The 3 double bedrooms upstairs all with bathrooms were great for the children. We had the master suite downstairs which is huge and has a beautiful outdoor bathroom. The pool and bali hut perched high on the cliff was fantastic. Mr Nyoman was an excellent host looking after us. Highlights were the meals cooked by the staff, the bbq at the beach club and the views. We will definitely stay here again. Balinese Bliss...Fabulous!!

We stayed at Kerang Kembar 3 for a week in October 2011. In a party of 6 adults and 2 children (11 & 7yrs) The whole experience was wonderful, definately one of our best holidays.
The villa & its setting are spectacular & the villa staff could not do enough to help us. Nyoman the villa manager has great local contacts & organised a fabulous yoga teacher to come to the villa each morning. The food from breakfast onwards was superb with a wide range of local & international dishes on offer. the villa has a chef who will cook pretty much whatever you wish (you just pay the food cost and a small service charge) The villa is in the quiet south of the island, definitely not a wild party spot. We spent much of our time simply relaxing at the villa but a driver was available for our trips horse-riding, to Ubud & Jimbaran.
We made good use of the massage therapists who visit on request.
Overall a fully 5* experience, all the services you'd of a luxury hotel but in the privacy of your own villa. We can't wait to return. Thanks to Nyoman & all the staff for such a wonderful stay. -
