Wow! This is a gorgeous Atrium Villa! Seabrook’s pristine white sand beach is waiting for your getaway with family and friends. Atriums are the perfect location with the beach directly across quiet Seabrook Island Road and the Island (Club) House literally next door. Enjoy the first-class, sprawling swimming pool facility with its ample chaises and the Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar overlooking the ocean.
This magnificent 1st floor condo has unobstructed panoramic golf course views (no street or parking lot) from its large covered patio. It has been totally remodeled and features an open kitchen with granite countertops, dining room and living room, beautiful furniture and sweeping outdoor views from all windows! The living room has a large TV, DVD/CD player, and stereo system for your enjoyment; free WiFi. Counter seating plus a dining table for 6 afford plenty of space for meals between trips to the beach.
The attractive master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV (eff. March 2013) with sliding glass door to the newly tiled travertine patio. Its remodeled bathroom has double-sink vanity, walk-in double shower, beautifully tiled. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, adjacent vanity/sink and full bathroom attached. For additional sleep accommodations the sofa in the living room converts to a full size bed.
Enjoy the L-shaped patio, with comfy swivel bar-chair set for 6, accessible through 3 sliding glass doors from the family room, dining room, and master bedroom.
Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: outdoor, oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center, are included in the rent. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
