1145 Summerwind is a lovely cottage with wonderful Crooked Oak golf course views. With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, it is perfect for families or friends traveling to Seabrook on vacation. It has just been updated and features many new touches including updated decor accents, new sheets, towels, appliances, dining table, and gas grill.

1145 Summerwind is a lovely cottage with wonderful Crooked Oak golf course views. With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, it is perfect for families or friends traveling to Seabrook on vacation. It has just been updated and features many new touches including updated decor accents, new sheets, towels, appliances, dining table, and gas grill.
A fully equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, a wonderful island perfect and all the comforts of home. The new dining room table seats six and is located in the large open living/dining area. The living area has a comfortable seating for all your guests, a fireplace, flat screen TV, and sliding doors leading to a large screened in porch.
The screened in porch overlooks the 2nd hole of Crooked Oaks golf course. Beautiful patio furniture and a table for dining or playing games with your family complete this terrific area of the home.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV and sliding glass doors leading to the screened in porch. There is an en suite bath with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and access to a full bathroom and the screened in porch. The third bedroom has a two twin beds and shares the hall bath.
The Seabrook Island Club and beach are just a short bike ride away - approximately .5 of a mile to the beach, a bit more, 3/4 of a mile to the Seabrook Island Club from the house. The Seabrook Island Club features oceanfront pools, the oceanfront, outdoor Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar, Island House restaurants/bar, 2 golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, the Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and a fitness center.
You are welcome to bring your dog with you during your visit to Seabrook. This is a pet friendly cottage! $125 Pet Fee added.
