Furnished with the most comfortable beds you could ever imagine and custom made furnishings throughout, you will want to stay in bed all day! It is perfect for family reunions, house-hunters, business travlers and much more. With 3 other cottages on the property it is great for a corprate retreat or church gathering. Located in the center of the tri-cities, it is convienent to Bristol & the Speedway, Kingsport, Jonesborough, John...son City, and Elizabethton. It takes only five minutes to drive from the cottage to most shopping and restraunts in the entire area. But it is also tucked away on 47 private acers with wild deer, turkey and birds . It offers the best of both worlds, convienents to the interstate and privacy in the woods.The front porch has a sitting are and a grill for those evening barbque dinners. Every inch of this cottage is lovenly crafted by a skilled finish carpenter and his crew. Even the doors are hand made. The detail is increadable. Each of the three bedrooms are large enough to have a sitting areas with a TV. The Master bedroom has a fireplace and a private door to the deck. The decorator touches include a chaise lounge to lie on and read a good book while you enjoy the view out the glass french doors. The master bath is to die for it has a large black & white ceramic shower and old fashion pedastal sink. A flat screen TV rounds out this beautiful room.

The great room with a fireplace is designed for the enjoyment of the view night and day. Everything is included in this property to make you feel at home including a washer & dryer . The leaded glass window in the dining room just adds to the charm of the dining room where there is a very unusual dining table and chairs, seating for six. Stainless steel appliances offer a modern touch to the quaint, well equipped kitchen.

The second floor consist of two large bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. One bedroom has a queen custom made bed & amior with an antique sofa and TV ...more views out the windows. The second bedroom is twin beds with a sitting area and a hand made amior with a TV. More views! This cottage is located at Raccoon Ridge Cottages 325 Raccoon Ridge Lane, Johnson City, TN 37601 However this is a private road, for GPS systems use 504 Austin Springs Road, Johnson City, TN 37601 It is set in 47 acres of beautiful woods along with 3 other cottages. Plenty of parking is included as well as security with a key coded privacy gate. We are 2 minutes from interstate, Winged Deer Park and shopping malls.Bristol Motor Speedway is just 10 minutes away.
