Located jus 5 miles outside the city of Johnson City, you will feel like you are a million miles away from anything. Privacy is yours on this 47 acre private estate. Covered in beautiful trees and with only 4 other cottages on the property makes it a unique rental. Not many around like this and for the price you can't stay in a hotel.
