A stunning detached 3 bedroom villa on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour.

Set along a private road, this is an enviable location on the waterway with the picturesque 'Sleeping Indian' hills in the distance.

On entering the property the gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Double American Fridge Freezer with built in Ice Maker & Water Dispenser, dish washer, toaster, microwave, double sink, large 4 ring cooker with oven, ample cupboard space and a large walk in storage cupboard.

This area also boasts integral ceiling lighting and wooden paddle fan.

The kitchen leads into the dining area which has a large dining table w...ith seating for up to 6 persons.

The living area has beautiful high vaulted ceilings with large wooden paddle fans. Its open plan feature is designed to optimize the light and cool ambience.

This area is complete with comfortable wicker sofas and extensive display shelving.

The living area leads through to bedrooms 1 & 2.

Bedroom one is a double bedroom (14' x 12') complete with en suite bathroom - shower and bathtub.

This bedroom has double patio doors which lead to its own private patio and beyond to the extensive outdoor living area.

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom (14' x 12') again complete with en suite bathroom - shower and bathtub.

Both bedrooms feature large walk in closets.

From the living area, and up the staircase leads you to the large, bright master bedroom.

This bedroom has a grand en suite bathroom with his & hers sinks, a wet room and extensive cupboard space.

This bedroom also features an 8' x 6' walk in closet with hanging and shelved storage.

There is also a separate shelved storage cupboard.

From double patio doors, walk out onto your own private balcony overlooking the waterway and the hills beyond.

Off the master bedroom there is a second balcony over looking the front gardens.

From the dining area, through large double French doors leads you out and onto the al fresco dining area which seats 6 persons.

From the living area, again through large double French doors leads you onto the gallery with deck steps down to the waterway deck. The expansive 71' x 21' lower deck is ideal for relaxing with family & friends.

Adjacent to the property you have a separate laundry area complete with a large sink and top loader washing machine.

This property also boasts two 30' finger piers and driveway parking for 1 vehicle.

  Everything ran smoothly after immigration, we were collected and transported to the house then meet by Margo who showed us round. We had a relaxing stay in the house but also travelled to some beautiful other beaches. Watching the pelicans dive for fish from the deck outside the house was a real treat. The local south beach was stunning and the walk to north beach was worth it because it was so quiet.

  Very nice and comfortable house with good standard close to a wonderful beach that was in many ways perfect. You have every thing you need in the area and access to a nearby pool area with tennis and squash courts. 2-3 very nice restaurants within walking distance, and some others that seemed less popular. Nice garden around the house. The house has a deck directly by a channel. The negatives where that you cannot swim directly from the deck due to murky water and the view that was directly into a large row of apartment buildings. But all in all we liked the house very much and would recommend it.

  All the villas in Jolly Harbour, are built around the ( harbour ) where a lot of boats and Yachts moor, so we advise not to swim in the harbour.
