This delightful, waterfront villa, situated on the North finger of Jolly Harbour is the perfect setting to relax and enjoy stunning views across the Marina.

On entering the villa there is a full size kitchen complete with all appliances and utensils. The kitchen and living room are open plan. The lounge has seating for 6 people and has full cable TV. There is a dining table inside as well as outside, giving you the choice of where to enjoy your meals.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a large balcony with great views. The second bedroom is light and airy and has 2 single beds.... There is a shared shower and toilet upstairs and an additional guest toilet downstairs.

Outside is a spacious patio with seating for 4 people and the stunning views of the Harbour and Marina.

This villa is just a 5 minute stroll from the north beach where you can enjoy sun bathing, swimming and a few non motorized watersports, or if you want to experience jet skiing or water skiing take a short drive to South Beach where there are plenty of opportunities for your enjoyment.

Jolly Harbour has a wide range of facilities, something for everyone. An 18 hole golf course, water sports, 25m pool, tennis courts, squash court and a fully equipped gym. Also within the complex there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants including a comprehensive supermarket and banking facilities. Jolly Harbour is a good base location to visit the rest of the 365 beaches on the island by car, bus or boat.

  My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March 2011. Originally arranging the stay through homeaway.com, the owners of the Villa were incredibly quick and responsive to questions. Once we were passed along to Lush Locations, they were equally helpful in arranging a taxi to/from the airport and accommodating our last minute request for a golf cart. The villa itself was wonderful, though visitors from the us will likely want to bring along outlet adapters (Type G I believe to Type a/B - there was one converter for the TV that we used to charge phones at night). The North Finger is quiet and the villa itself was a 25 minute walk to the shopping center - considering ourselves relatively young and fit, we thought that we'd be able to survive without a golf cart, though it ended up being a great addition and time saver. We'd highly recommend to self-sufficient couples and families. It was a wonderful space and big value.

  A holiday of a lifetime!

  We knew our holiday in antigua would be wonderful but it exceeded all expectations! The villa was superb - clean, well decorated with all the mod cons one could need - a real home from home. Very nice waterfront location but also very quiet and peaceful.
