Villa 407D, a delightful waterfront villa in Jolly Harbour. The villa has a spacious, open plan living and dining area and a fully equipped, kitchen. There are large patio doors leading out from this living space, onto a fabulous, partially covered, waterfront terrace, directly on the water with fabulous views across the marina. The perfect place for catching the sunshine and all that is happening in the marina.

There are two very good sized bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed and doors leading onto a lovely waterfront balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom... has built-in wardrobes and ample storage space.

Located within Jolly Harbour means you have the opportunity to take advantage of the many amenities available as well as being only minutes away from a variety of bars and restaurants, tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, golf course, supermarket and so much more.   Dealing with Lush Vacations (Nadia and staff) is an absolute pleasure. She is professional, efficient and on top of everything. We have stayed in Jolly Harbor several times, but this was the first time in the North Finger. Definitely quiet and peaceful there, 407D was certainly not the most luxurious place we have stayed, but it had bare essentials, was immaculate and had internet, a big plus. Walks to market, pool and beach were a tad too far in hot sun, but doable. We will continue to stay at Jolly Harbor each year we visit antigua but find a car is a must to get to different beaches. The beach at Jolly appeared to be polluted, lots of algae and churned up sand from boating activities, so we spent most of our time at other beaches. After all, there are 365 to chose from and our favorites are easy to get to with car. Luckily, we had taken staples for kitchen food with us, so we bought only vegetables, meat, fish and fresh bread---so good there. At this time of year, the Island in general was too quiet with many restaurants and clubs closed because it was off-season, but we still found many wonderful things to do and places to visit. Love antigua and our condo experience there.

  We were very pleased with the location. Jolly Harbour being secure and well maintained and the house perfectly suited our needs. Lush Locations were on call 24/7 and responded quickly. The house was well appointed, only lacking in a few very basic kitchen utensils i.e. potato peeler! The open aspect and view over the island was particularly good and we enjoyed being on the North Finger where it is quieter but still being only a 5 or 6 minute cycle ride to the shops and amenities. We would certainly stay in 407D again and would recommend it to others
