The gorgeous 5,000 sq ft beach house with private pool is located on Antigua’s West Coast, in the gated community of Jolly Harbour. Set in a tropical garden in the quiet part of the harbour, it is within walking distance from bars, restaurants, tennis and squash, a marina and commercial center and an 18-hole golf course.

Great place for friends and family. Beach was relaxing and the house was clean and roomy enough for all of us. The only thing that bugged me is the cleaning ladies stay for a majority of the day. They got the place clean but felt they stayed longer than necessary. But I would go back in a heart beat!

This was our first time to antigua and stayed with 3 other couples in this villa. The layout of the home is terrific for max hang out/relax time but also provided privacy to each couple. It's extremely clean, comfortable, easy assess to bars/restaurants/groceries. The view of the beach and water is unforgettable. The kitchen boasts any gadget you could possible need. The booking agent set us up with golf carts, a awesome catamaran excursion, and Rose taxi service (where Collin took us everywhere outside Jolly Harbour that we wanted to go as our personal tour guide). Jolly Harbour is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. A few steps down the beach is Castaways, great food and drinks, casual atmosphere on the beach. We also ate at Crows' Nest several times.
I cannot say enough good things about this villa. We had a ball and will definitely be back! -

The layout of the house was perfect for our family reunion of 6 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the decor, comfortable furnishings and huge kitchen where we prepared most meals. Just off the kitchen is a large covered patio with a huge dining table that would seat 10-12 guests. The laundry room has 2 washers and dryers that we kept busy. Housekeeping service was excellent. The management company was very responsive to any requests. The only negative was the swimming pool light didn't work.
Jolly Beach is beautuful and clean with a nice view of Montserrat island. We enjoyed walking down the beach to the "Castaways" bar/restaurant where we spent some fun evenings. During the day they rent all types of water sports and local vendors set up shop. Also nearby is a well-stocked market and liquor store. Not to be missed is a taxi ride by Red Hat to Shirley Heights on Sunday night, a 45 minute drive. Great views, dancing to a steel band and reggae band, and good BBQ. Children are welcome. We also dined at Sheer Rocks nearby which is something to see.
The people of antigua are super friendly and fun which added to our pleasure. Also they speak very good English. We loved this trip and this villa and would definitely return if we have the opportunity!

This is a big, beautiful, modern home right on the beach with a very good location. The home is within walking distance of Castaways Beach Bar and Grill, the grocery store and a few other shops and restaurants. We only had four people staying here but it would have easily accommodated at least ten people comfortably. Housekeeping came 3 times during the week that we stayed and she was wonderful! Sunsets are incredible, swimming directly in front of the house is very nice and the home's pool and patio area are very comfortable. We would definitely work with Rental Butler again and consider renting this property again.

Our trip to antigua was perfectly planned by Rental Butler. Everything from helping to find the perfect villa to arranging catamaran excursions and private in-villa chefs was a breeze. Our agent, Jamie, was so helpful and answered our endless questions with ease throughout the process. She even emailed us upon arrival to make sure everything was in line We will definitely be contacting her for our return to antigua. The property was well maintained and the on-site staff was professional and friendly. Rental Butler definitely has so lame of the most premium properties available on the island.

Absolutely breathtaking. When looking out of the living room window, you have to remind yourself it's real and not a postcard! Rental Butler has been outstanding 2 years in a row, answering all of our questions and ensuring we had access to everything we requested during our stay. Island View Beach House is outstanding. A great layout that easily supports several families while providing privacy for all. You can't beat the location. Very unique to get out of the pool, take 5 steps and be on the beach. After a successful day of fishing, it was great to enjoy fresh mahi-mahi wrapped in banana leaves and grilled on our deck while watching the sun set. Island View has every comfort and amenity we can ask for. We have already started our count down to our 2013 "3rd annual antigua Vacation" to be spent at Island View Beach House!

We are repeat guests at this paradise. This is a beautiful home, located right on the beach, and you can listen to the waves while you relax. The home is very modern and decorated very nice with all the amenities you could ask for. There is a great supermarket nearby, so you can prepare your own meals, or BBQ, or try out some of the local restauarants.
There is a great pool for both kids and adults alike. The home is situated on a beautiful beach that has a great walking path, that stretches from one end to the other. It is in a very safe area. We went with our two children ages 5 and 7 and had an amazing and relaxing holiday. The hosts, Ron and Jamie , go out of their way to make this an amazing experience for you, and if you have any questions or requests just ask.
This is truely an amazing vacation home and once you experience it, you will want to be repeat visitors like ourselves!!! -

Great place to stay...you walk off the porch onto an amazing beach! The water is perfect. The house is, by far, one of the nicest around. I was blown away at how different things were as soon as I stepped off the plane, it is nothing like I have ever seen...I guess you can say that they don't really have a whole lot of wealth on this island! Completely new experience for us. A shock at first, but we quickly warmed and fell in love with our surroundings. The house is in a private neighborhood with a grocery store. It is typical to the area with an open ceiling in foyer. There are locals that will come set up chairs and umbrellas as well as provide canoes, jet skis, and even take you out on a beautiful snorkeling trip (again...amazing). They don't get in a hurry though, they are on island time :)

The house and beach were beautiful. Housekeeping staff was terrific. We traveled with teenagers and grown children/grandchildren, so the house was the perfect size and layout for us. My only complaint (and it has nothing to do with the home) is that drugs were openly sold and marijuana smoked openly on the beach. These substances were offered to teenagers by adult "vendors" in the area. This might be a cultural norm in antigua, but clearly violates the law and parental expectations of these american travelers. This was quite disappointing.

Wonderful place to spend a relaxing vacation with family. We were 6 adults from 3 states and one grandchild...Perfect size for us..The location is perfect the rental agent was always available for suggestions or if any problems arose. The set up of the house was great... It just needs some updating
