The Limes is located at Harbour View Estate, a new development adjacent to the Jolly Harbour Resort.
The Limes has 2 large double bedrooms, which have en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with 2 twin beds.
There is also one main bathroom.
Also included are 2 foldaway single beds, ideal for a large family.
Safety deposit box included.
A spaciously open planned living area is tastefully decorated along with a TV with cable, DVD player (multi-regional) and a stereo system with a cd player.

This new development is adjacent to the Jolly Harbour resort which boasts the biggest Marina in the Caribbean and a fine 18-hole golf course.
You are within a 5 minute walk to the Commercial Center where there is an abundance of shops including; a large supermarket, bank, pharmacy, a selection of bars and restaurants and the Grand Princess Casino. From here you are also only a short stroll to the Sports center which offers a 25m swimming pool, tennis, squash and basketball courts and from here just a 2 minute walk to the fabulous South beach complete with its very own Caribbean beach bar and a choice of water sports.

First class service from when we first booked until we left. Margo and amy were on call and nothing was to much trouble. Greeted on arrival and waved goodbye. The Limes was extremely well equipped.It was clean throughout, this has much to do with the amount of time the cleaner spent cleaning weekly - excellent.Very spacious. Pool and patio area perfect for 4 adults with shaded areas. An abundance of plants and wildlife to look at.Quiet location. Short distance from supermarket and beach. Trips, golf buggies etc can be hired through TT Villas. I think it is fair to say there was nothing we didn't like but we especially loved Jolly Harbour Beach with its white sands and beautiful blue seas. If there was a down side it would probably be the local insects, however with the right sprays this shouldn't be to annoying.

Arriving to the road that takes you to The limes was a big disappointment: huge puddles in a dirt road: cars had to bypass them slowly. We felt a bit like in a war zone... Forget wearing your high heels or white sneakers! Once at the property though, everything was perfect: the welcome, the private pool, the large covered patio where we practically lived for the week, the en-suite bedrooms, the full kitchen, the brand new BBQ. Very quiet. The food store was about 10 minutes walking distance and the beach, a 20-minute walk away. The best restaurant experience (we are foodies) is in the Sugar Ridge Resort which you can see from the patio: they even pick you up. The restaurants in the Marina are OK, nothing to write home about...The beach is wonderful, clean and safe. The Casino has been closed down for a few years.

The road leading to The Limes has now improved greatly as the rain has stopped and everything has dried up and many holes filled in - which is great.
Yes, The Limes itself is a wonderful property and we are glad you had an enjoyable time there.

The Limes is a beautifully-appointed villa with a small pool and has everything one could possibly need. We stayed for 2 weeks and could quite happily have spent the entire time sunbathing on the deck. Margot and amy arranged everything for us and were extremely helpful throughout our stay - the maids were very efficient too. We hired a car as, though the shops and restaurants in Jolly Harbour are within walking distance, it's further than we wanted to walk to get to the beach or if carrying a lot of shopping. Would highly recommend Typically Tropical and hope to use them again next year.

Very spacious, clean and bright accommodation. Very well equipped. Just a few minutes walk from Jolly Harbour resort, and couple more minutes to Jolly Beach. Just a couple of downsides - the main track leading to the villa was potholed and muddy and unusable by foot, and gave a negative first impression on our arrival. There was an alternative route out however but steep.The BBQ ignition needed fixing too - rather dangerous trying to light it each night. Despite these, still very good and service from Typically Tropical was very good.

Thank you for your review yes the Limes is a lovely private villa.
Agree the road leading to the Limes can be bad after heavy rainfall, the holes have been filled,but heavy rainfalls do cause them to reappear at times, the actual road leading and directly outside the Limes been resurfaced.
The Limes also has a new bbq...but we always leave the villa with a gas lighter.
But we are so glad you had an enjoyable time, and relaxed.

Our whole family stayed at the Limes villa for one week. There were 5 adults and 2 small children and there was tons of room for all of us. We loved everything about this villa!! The service from T.T. Villas was outstanding from the moment we contacted them initially about renting a villa in antigua. The villa was very clean, comfortable and modern. It was very close to everything. We rented a golf cart for the week we were there and would highly recommend it. It was easy to get around anywhere since we were so close to the beach and all amenities of the Jolly Harbour marina. We absolutely loved this villa and would highly recommend it!!!
