Villa 219F, Emerald Dreams,

Set around a marina, within 200 metres of Jolly Beach, this villa offers spacious self catering accommodation with private patio & barbeque, deck, finger pier and mooring.

The luxury villa has a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric coffee-maker, electric blender and toaster, which is part of the open plan living/dining area.

There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom.

This villa has been refurbished to a very high standard with luxury furnishings, ceiling fans and full air-conditioning in all rooms. It has Cable... TV, a DVD player, a library of books & DVD's.

Balcony with waterfront views, garage for buggy and a driveway.

The patio has steps, with a lockable gate, leading to a deck and finger pier. Fishing rods are provided for the use of guests to fish from the decking or finger pier for red snapper, etc.

Unfortunately there are no wheelchair facilities.

There is a new Weber charcoal barbeque for use on the patio only, not the decking for safety reasons.

In March 2011 the owners added an IPOD docking station. an awning to the veranda so you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee without the 'hot sun' beating down on you and replanted the front garden.

There are plenty of spare bed linen, towels, beach towels, tea-towels and tea-cloths in the Villa.

Villa 219F, Emerald Dreams, is situated on the favoured 'South Finger' of Jolly Harbour Marina on the southwest coast of Antigua and approximately 20 minutes from the capital St John's, and the airport.
The Jolly Harbour complex includes a large variety of shops, bars, restaurants, large supermarket, banks, an 18 hole golf course, fitness centre, sports centre with large outdoor swimming pool (Free) and squash & tennis courts to rent.
You can also book a helicopter tour of the Island which lasts about 40 minutes. Jolly Beach is one of the best beaches on the Island and along with the well regarded Castaways Beach Bar/Restaurant is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Antigua is known for its 365 beaches, some so secluded with white, wind-swept sand caressed by azure waters that your footsteps are
the only visible evidence of someone actually being there! The island is also known for its lush interior as well as beach bars where you can enjoy a meal/drink and look at the turquoise Caribbean Sea.
Antigua, the largest of the English-speaking Leeward Islands, is about 14 miles long and 11 miles wide, encompassing 108 square miles. Its highest point is Boggy Peak (1319 ft.), located in the southwestern corner of the island. Barbuda, a flat coral island with an area of only 68 square miles, lies approximately 30 miles due north. The nation also includes the tiny (0.6 square mile) uninhabited island of Redonda, now a nature preserve.
The current population for the nation is approximately 68,000 and its capital is St. John's on Antigua.
Temperatures generally range from the mid-seventies in the winter to the mid-eighties in the summer. Annual rainfall averages only 45 inches, making it the sunniest of the Eastern Caribbean Islands, and the northeast trade winds are nearly constant, flagging only in September. Low humidity year-round.

  Villa Emerald Dreams is a great place to spend a holiday in. It is fully equipped, has everything a family needs, and has the most fabulous deck area where we spent every evening gazing at the stars and simply relaxing.
  The service is great, the management team will do everything to make your stay unforgettable. They will solve all your problems and even advise you on excursions and activities, and book them for you. Just leave everything to their capable hands and relax, which is what you came to the island for.
  The location is great, close to the supermarket and sports centre, and walking distance from gorgeous Jolly beach. I can really recommend this villa to anybody who wants to enjoy antigua.

  Reunion week in the antigua

  This was our second stay at this particular villa. It was clean and well eauipped as before and the location is very convenient for our needs. Unfortunately a storm was brewing and it rained almost everyday. The TV did not work for 5 days which prevented us from getting the local carnival updates and the news and weather information. The air conditioning needed servicing. The caretakers were indeed extremely responsive and very helpful. Kindly inform the government to fix the roads outside the entrance. I am sure the jolly harbour area brings in plenty of tourist dollars that warrent patching up the roads. The beaches as always were beautiful and the local foods fresh and delicious. We will certainly return again . A TV in the bedroom would also be nice . The Spencers
