Villa 223B is a beautiful, modern two bedroom waterfront villa with an extended deck and finger pier, overlooking the Harbour Entrance in Jolly Harbour.
The property is laid out over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped refurbished kitchen full of all the mod cons you require for your self catering stay.
On the ground floor you also have a half bathroom, dining area with seating for 4 and a comfortable lounge area complete with leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player.

If your idea of a perfect holiday is lazing the day away on the beach then take visit to the beach located within a 5-minute walk away from the villa. However for the more active holidaymaker there are many on site activities to undertake. These include Tennis, Swimming, 18 Hole golf course, Basketball, Squash, Gym, Cycling, Hiking and Running (most of these activities carry a charge)
Water sports activities on offer include Wind surfing, Water skiing, Water Bicycles, Jet Skis etc.
On-Site there is a shopping centre which offers a wide range of products and services to suit every need including: 3 Banks, Beauty Salon, Art Shop, Car Hire, Golf Cart Rental There is a lot on offer when deciding where to eat out, from snacks and burgers to fine cuisine. Notable eateries include Castaways restaurant located directly on the beach, Peters Steakhouse and Italian Melini's is situated in the centre of the resort. At the Portafino building you will find Al Porto, which offers 2 for 1 pizza every Tuesday and an all you can eat pasta buffet on a Thursday (Subject to change)
Antigua has 365 beaches, one for each day of the year, all of which are open to the public.
The unspoiled island of Barbuda can be visited on the excellence or a day visit or there are sailing trips available if you want to stay a couple of days.
If you really want to capture the fantastic scenery in Antigua then a helicopter tour around the island is the way to do it with Caribbean Helicopters. They offer both full and half island tours with opportunities to take amazing photos to document the tour. There are many places of interest to visit in Antigua including Nelsons Dockyard, English Harbour and Shirley Heights on a Sunday afternoon were there is a BBQ and Live local music. St Johns is about 15 minutes drive from Jolly Harbour and has a great duty free shopping area.

This was our first time renting a Villa after having traveled to all inclusive resorts.This, our second trip to antigua was fantastic.Margot and any at T.T. Villas took care of us from our on-line booking, arrival/check-in and during our stay.This villa was great.We felt at home and were not pressured with schedules.The view from the villa deck on the water was great.It was nice to have our own relaxing BBQ,watch the movie channels or walk to the beach and swim in the ocean.I would recommend renting a golf cart during your stay for booting around Jolly Harbour.The sandy beach is a very close by, as well the Supermarket for shopping groceries.Try the beach bar Castaways-happy hour, and also the Crow's Nest.We didn't need to rent a car, better to use local taxis or the bus.Great seafood at Oj's, and Italian at Le Porto. All the locals, many of whom are Canadian and English were very friendly. We can't wait for our next trip. !!

Margot made us feel very welcome and was there if we had a problem or needed to book anything. Villa 223b exceeded our expectations and had all the facilities you need for a truly excellent holiday. It's in a beautiful location on the main channel into the marina and not overlooked. I'm sure we will be back to enjoy the beautiful beach and villa again.

The owners have just finished re tiling throughout the whole property, extending and moving the kitchen....new linens, all worktops...it was splendid before...now superb.

The service we received from Typically Tropical was exemplary from the initial booking to the checking in.Everything was done with laid back efficiency.The buggy we had ordered was on the drive ready for us and a small welcome pack as provided including a bottle of wine.
The villa is nicely located in an area with mature gardens and backs on to the main channel,so great for boat spotting!
It is an easy and pleasant walk to the beach.

223b is one of my favourite rental villas amongst a huge choice in the lovely South Finger of Jolly Harbour. The location is unbeatable - right on the end of a finger, with an amazing view out over Harbour Island and the Sleeping Indian from the nicely extended patio (which would, I have to admit, benefit from an outdoor fan).
Well furnished, with immaculate fixtures and fittings, and nicely refurbished bathrooms in both bedrooms.
Faultless management service from typically tropical - which whilst no more than I'd expect, is hugely welcome on a much needed break. There were a couple of little problems with a fan and with the washing machine, and these were dealt with promptly and efficiently - thank you amy!

Amy and Margot were superb - they helped us get this great condo at the very last minute. Our initial booking through another source fell through and Typically Tropical Villas arranged this condo for us that very day. It's the perfect condo for a vacation. We enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms, the wifi and cable tv as well as the deck with its 'up close' view of the "sleeping Indian" Hill. The condo is in a great location affording more privacy than other condos and yet in walking distance to the gorgeous beach. I highly recommend using TTV and be sure to ask for Villa 223B - we will, the next time we're in antigua!

during our week long stay, we noted that most villas in south finger are on the water and are the same basic layout, so any villa that monica and ? manage will share the nearby pool, tennis courts, ocean beach, shops and restaurants that make up jolly harbour. we will return.

This was the third time I rented from Typically Tropical Villas and every time amy and Margot were great. They are always available if you need something even if it is not related to the rental. The villa was really nice, clean and with a great view. I really enjoyed my stay.
