It has a superb, fully equipped, designer kitchen with all necessary appliances and a breakfast bar in the centre.

The villa has six spacious bedrooms in all, one of which is presently being used as a large office. The sixth bedroom is actually more of a studio apartment as it has its own kitchen and living room, perfect for visiting guests or family. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite with high quality fixtures and fittings.

There is a wonderful terrace stretching across the length of the villa at the back with space to sunbathe and relax, listening to the sound of the sea lapping gently along the shores of the beach in front of the villa. A lovely white sand beach, with shallow waters, in a protective bay, is just perfect for swimming and relaxing in the warm Caribbean waters. It is also an amazing place for breathtaking views across the Caribbean Sea where the sailing boats and yachts glide gently across the bay.

There are lush, tropical gardens surrounding the villa and terrace. At the front of the villa there are parking spaces and a mooring facility in the deeper waters of the marina, which includes a boat lift and boat house.
