This luxurious beach rental villa is located in the exclusive gated sailing and beach community of Jolly Harbour on the west coast of Antigua. The beach-front property offers spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the island of Montserrat. Hearing the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore and occasionally crashing on nearby rocks makes the villa truly paradise on earth.

Jolly Harbour offers a world class marina with boats available for rent, sports facilities including an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, several restaurants and bars, a a full fledged American style super market and banks and stores. Distractions, attractions a...nd services, every amenity available for your convenience.

The beautiful island of Antigua has so much to offer for your Caribbean vacation. But we assure you that once you settle in at the Villa Nirvana, you might not want to go site seeing around the island.

The beach villa has 5 large bedrooms, each more than 170 square feet in area with cathedral ceilings and its own en suite bathroom. All the bathrooms have twin sinks and monsoon (rain) showers. Three of the bedrooms have US king sized beds, while the other two have two double beds each.

All the rooms are over-sized to make your stay generously comfortable. The living spaces are all wide open, spacious and airy. The villa has been designed to invite the constant and fresh sea breeze to blow through the entire facility. Furnishings are very tasteful and include many antiques. Lots of room for 10 adults to coexist and interact comfortably.

The villa has 1000 square foot living room with a pitched cathedral ceiling that makes it look and feel like twice its size. Comfortable, tasteful furnishings make this room ideal for that occasional rainy evening. A sound system with a cd player is included to create the ambiance you desire.

The living room opens out to the large covered verandah via 30 feet of sliding accordion glass doors. This is where you will likely spend most of your time. Well appointed with teak furniture, it is a glorious place that makes the villa nirvana or paradise or heaven!

From the verandah, you can step down onto the garden, go out onto the beach or slide into the swimming pool.

Sit on the verandah and read, jump into the horizon pool, or just watch the steam rise from the volcano on Montserrat or the sunset every evening. Villa Nirvana is truly the ideal place to spend time relaxing in the Caribbean or taking advantage of the many facilities available in the private gated community of Jolly Harbour.
