Checking in and out is handled smoothly by a management company on site. We found the apartment clean and tidy, and equipped with everything you might need. It took very little looking after. The balcony is small but the view from the big patio window is excellent and takes in the sea and Koh Larn. Cafe, laundry and internet are all in the condo block and security is good. The pool is gigantic and we spent many happy hours there.
The apartment is ideally located for both Jomtien and Pattaya via bus, taxi etc. Jomtien beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. This was not easy during our stay because of the extensive road works outside. It's also close to a Foodmart 24 hour supermarket and the Bangkok bus terminal that offers air-conditioned travel to the airport for 124 baht.
The owner was very helpful with our various queries. The price was very reasonable.
All in all, we found this an ideal base for our stay. -

I stayed here whilst in the peak season and it was still a reasonable price rental, definitely value for money.
The staff friendly and good little shops in complex. The big pool was always sparkling clean and inviting.
The studio was well presented,clean upon arrival but you do need to have a towel and be willing to do your own house work if you stay for a period
