Ontario, CanadaAwesome Home and Beach Community - Recommend Highly!!
Left on 04/19/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We recently vacationed in this gorgeous home that is by far nicer than any vacation home we have every stayed in. It was easy to make reservations, we were given clear booking information and able to pay for our vacation in payments so that it was not all out of our pocket at one time. that was nice. Every payment was confirmed, and we were given an agreement of what we could expect from them and what they expected from us in reference to driving directions, keys, the care of the home and how everything was labeled for us to find things easily. All they really cared about is that we left it in the same order it was found. We loved the feeling as if we were home but not really. The house is huge with big rooms and high ceiling, exceptionally nice furniture. The beds were excepecially comfortable like an expensive hotel and every room contained a large flat screen color TV with numerous channels. The back patio was very large with a big swimming pool, large patio, lanai with eating area and sitting area plus a nice BBQ grill, chaises, and iron fire table set for romantic evenings. Like others, we found ourselves spending more time at the house -in the pool or at the beach - more than doing lots of sightseeing. It seemed as if the entire community and vacationers were all coming to the beach from wherever they lived or vacationed. We met so many nice people down on the beach (which is immediately at the end of the street) - an easy walk for anyone. We loved this vacation so much that my family wants to come with me every time I come down here to golf. Not my plan but it works. They do not care where I am as long as they are all having fun. There is plenty to do, great restaurants, an exclusive shopping center across the bridge and golf, golf, golf. This is definitely a gem for any couple or family. Book this home and you will never be sorry. You will also be back over and over again - as we plan on doing. Anyone can feel free to contact me with questions and a reference.

Read review & passed up. Received both an immediate response and a turn-key estimate. Upon payment received a confirmation; we were offered 3 months to pay. All pictures were exactly as house. Yard is beautifully landscaped w palm trees. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Rooms are gigantic w vaulted ceiling. The furniture was nice and new. 3 bedrooms had very comfortable beds. Someone referred to the den as a bedroom because it had a hide-a-bed.The air conditioning worked great. The power co had promos re turning air & water heaters on and off due to power problems on an island. Lots of patio furniture, brand new gas grill, beach chairs & cooler for the beach. They had a portable baby bed as well as a stroller; we walked babies to the beach. It was extremely close and easy to take the family to the beach every day. The rest of the time we were in the pool. Vacation homes offer more privacy than a hotel or motel - and cheaper. There were several great restaurants close enough to walk to - our favorite was the Kee Grill for wonderful steaks, seafood and romantic atmosphere or the local residents hang out - The Reef Grill for very fresh seafood and awesome desserts. The owner came by to introduce herself with a vase full of fresh flowers. This truly was the nicest home we have ever rented. If anyone would like to contact me regarding what we found when we vacationed at that extremely nice home, I would be glad to talk to them. Check it out for yourself like we did. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Juno beach rental is a beautiful home, with everything that you could possibly need there.Very very comfortable. If you don't mind the pay up front and being totally responsible for any and all possible things that could go wrong at any home..you will love this.I did not like having to have our own insurance responsible for possible a/c breakdowns,or possible break-ins...things that would be out of our control. We took exceptional care of the home..like we would our own..and were just lucky that nothing broke down while we were there. I would hate to think of how much "extra" that type of thing would cost you..after the fact!!The pool is beautiful and the layout of the home is great..only 5 min walk to beautiful beach. We had a great time and if you don't mind the home rental rules you will love this home.Would have liked to have had full bbq tank when we arrived for a weeks stay instead of having to go out the first night and paying to fill up the tank after paying $1800 for the week.
Close enough to walk to some great restaurants..the Kii Grill was fantastic, as was Charlies Reef(??) just down the street.
There are always good things and bad no matter where you go..like I said..if using your own insurance is no problem to you..the home is a great vacation spot.Response from For Rent By Internet LLC - 06/25/2011
Owner
It was nice that this group of 6 people loved the home. Instead, of being negative about the things that were requested of the people who rent this spectacular home. This list came from the Vacation Rental organization - not the owner or the Property Management Company. The majority of the people vacationing in this home are absolutely wonderful people but like everything else - every business gets a bad apple. In order to avoid having the very few damage the home out of ignorance, we have learned to spell out everything clearly - in advance of renting the home. I doubt if anyone would want to have perfect strangers come into their personal private home and destroy it - because they did not know better. These 3 couples choose to stay in this house after being advised of what was expected of everyone renting the home. They were given 6 months to pay for the rental of same. Still, they were upset that they were asked to pay in advance - wanting to pay upon their arrival. In a private home that is impossible; if they do not show up, we have lost that revenue while we have turned down an emense amount of renters many times over. Even though they did leave the house in good condition and they raved to the owner how much they loved the home - this person emailed me, the property manager, that she would not give a good reference on the home until she received her deposit. Since we have ALWAYS returned EVERYONE'S deposit in a timely manner, it felt like blackmail. The reference was not even important to us. Their deposit was in an escrow account that was never touched by anyone, and sent out on the exact day that it was due to go out - by the holder of the escrow account. I always believed that references were dependent on the beauty of the home and the amenities found at the house and in the town. Never has anyone based their reference on the receipt of their deposit. IT WAS INSULTING. By the way, the gas grill was filled the morning of their arrival - as it always is. There was also a 2nd gas tank in the garage in case the renter ran out of gas. This owner is such a wonderful person and tries to think of everything in advance - including offering to have groceries at the house upon their arrival. It is nice that she said good things about the house but a great disappointment that it was necessary to look for something to be negative about. It makes a person not want to be in the Property Management business - when you know how wonderful your owners are and the extent they go to for their renters - and you see that it is impossible to please some parties no matter how hard you try. How disappointing that she did not mention the owner coming by with a nice bouquet of flowers to welcome the group - even being hugged by the other guests when she left because she was so sweet and caring. Why is it that people look for the negatives instead of appreciating the positives? Hopefully, everyone understands what I am saying and understand my view point - and knows that it is not the opinion of the owners themselves.

Kansas City, MissouriBest Vacation Experience Ever; We Will Be Back Every Year!
Left on 03/19/2010 for a stay in April 2009
We did not know what to expect from a home rental; we have always
vacationed in a hotel or resort. We went on line to find a resort &
stumpled on home rentals. This home was stared as a favorite, we read
the reviews, talked to the realtor & took the plunge. With our heart in
our pocket, we sent in our money - not sure of what we were doing but
knew that every new thing is an adventure. What a wonderful experience
it turned out to be. The service was wonderful, we were sent paperwork
so we knew we were dealing with professionals who wanted to know who we
were also. Yeah!! We were given explicit directions, went on maps and
checked everything out & took off. We drove through lots of small beach
towns but when we got to Juno Beach we were really surprised - it was
beautiful and hidden away. It is very small but immacutlate. Lots of
tall palm trees line the streets & a nice lake in the middle of town.
There are just a few streets, nice clean houses, a few high rise condos,
parks, beaches, a pier, bike trail, playground, etc. Then we walked in
the front door of our new home & were amazed at this absolutely
beautiful 2nd home. There was a very long hall as a center point - with
high vaulted ceilings and archways to the right which led us into the
huge living room full of exquisite furniture. The right side arches led
us into the den and kitchen and eating area. Every room in the house has
been remodeled nicely and all the furniture is upscale and new. The
bedrooms all had very comfortable mattresses to sleep on, every room is
huge & equipped w new furniture & TVs. Between pool & beach it was hard
to drag the kids out to eat or to any attractions. It hardly cost us
anything once we got there: the home was our vacation. Everything we
wanted was within walking distance. Great restaurants, Starbucks,
Grocery stores, gas stations, Mall(car - 3 mi), movies, Blockbuster,
hair & nail salons, etc. This was the least expensive vacation we have
ever taken & comfortable. We Loved it! -

We have stayed in this home for two years (Jans. and Febs.) and have enjoyed it immensely. Great location (walk to very private beach), wonderful neighborhood. The house has everything you need including an inground pool. The home is landscaped much like a Key West home with lots of privacy. This three bedroom home is large, with enough space for people to do "their thing" without running into each other. New flat screen tv's are a big plus as well. Home is furnished with quality furniture.

Phoenix, AzWonderful Vacation, Perfect Vacation Home, Great Service, Close
Left on 02/25/2010 for a stay in July 2009
The service we received from the owner of the House on the Hill in Juno
Beach was much more than outstanding - from the fresh flowers to the
hi-thread count sheets & obviously interior decorated home. The house
was unbelievable & more than we ever expected in a vacation home; the
pictures do not do it justice. Actually, it is impossible to describe;
complete with its custom furniture which made me feel like a princess.
This vacation home is nicer than our own home; with my husband being a
Doctor, we thought we had the home we wanted, but now I want to buy the
"vacation home". The house had everything; new flat screen TVs in every
room, a library of CDs, DVD's, books, games, whatever a family could
want. We had never heard of Juno Beach before therefore, we were a
little nervous about booking in an unknown area. When researching it, we
found that it was an upscale, hidden area of the Palm Beaches. We were
sold on the "no crime area" because we have small children and never
knew such an area existed. Well, it does. Juno Beach is a small, barrier
island that only the local people and those who have previously visited
know about. The police patrol it extensively and it has NO CRIME at all.
The house is on a small cul de sac, within a few feet of the beach. The
children rode their tricycles to the beach. I pushed the stroller & my
husband carried the cooler. There is no beach parking due to it being a
private beach area for the neighborhood only. We went to the beach in
the morning and swam in the pool in the afternoon. We cooked our meals
in until dinner time and then walked to our favorite restaurants.
Everything is close by, including all the attractions we wanted to take
part in - including the turtle hatchings at the beach. This was the best
vacation we ever had and we plan on coming back every year at the same
time. We loved everything the best and what we hated the most was having
to leave and go home. It was absolutely wonderful and a dream come true
vacation. -

We agree; we have also visted the home numerous times and will go back any time that we can. The home is perfect, one I would love to live in year round. It had everything we could ever ask or wish for. The home was within steps to a private beach area which we have never found before - not even in a resort sitting on a beach - it is still closer. Less of a walk to the beach. The home is extremely large, as this guests stated - it is spotless everywhere - inside and out. The home is extremely private as well as close to everything. This truly is a great house. Rob Willis, St Louis, Mo. April 2009 rob_mi5technology@yahoo.com
