We had the best experience staying in this condo! The King size bed in the bedroom, was very plush, and the fold down couch in the living room, a queen size bed, was also very comfortable. Bedding, towels, everything was there for our use. The kitchen had everything that you would need, ice maker, top of the line microwave, stove etc. and, a washer and dryer. Sitting outside on the double lanai, listening to the birds every morning, barbecues at night, enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean, and the sunsets. Calling the office is all that it took to have us picked up and taken to the beach at anytime where we would receive fresh towels at the private cabana. I have never thought that the water in Kanapali would be like the Caribean, the bluest, warmest water to go snorkeling, see the turtles, and a variety of fish. I have recommended this place to all my friends, and next time I go to Maui, this is the place where I would want to stay at again.

Overall we loved the experience at a203 at El Dorado. We loved the space, light, ambience, huge balcony with table, chairs, sunbeds and barbecue. The apartment was very generously equipped with kitchen utensils, supplies, towels and everything to make our Maui escape such a pleasure. The airconditioning downstairs was excellent and the floorplan and low rise accomadation overlooking the golf course with the sea behind it was great. We appreciated the beach cabana just a 5 minute walk or 2 minute shuttle away, we thought it gave more comfortable utility than the built up medium rises nearby. The beach was not crowded and the self contained communal cabana was really social and functional with complete kichen or reasonably priced sanwhiches and salads delivered.
The only downside was the lack of door (just a curtain) between master bedroom and lounge so kids upstairs could hear us and vice versa. -

Our stay in a203 was wonderful. I have to admit when we first got there I was disappointed as the master bedroom was only divided from the living room by a curtain and since we were traveling with our teenage boys it was a concern. We arrived very late the first night and there was no parking.
Within a day the bedroom divider and parking issue were all but forgotten. The condo was very spacious and nicely updated. The master bed was really comfortable! We had plenty of room in the condo and out on the lanai. The cabana is wonderful by the way! Don't spend your vacation looking for the best beach in Maui- it's right in front of the cabana and there are a lot less people! We also had a turtle swim right by us!
We were able to walk to Whalers Village. There were plenty of places to eat and it's also just a short drive to Lahaina. Great location overall.
My last two items(not really concerns) were this - I had asked if there were boogie boards at the Condo and was told if I called a week before they would put some there, which I did. Upon arrival, there were none so we had to rent them for the week - not a huge deal - but I had to go searching for a place to rent them. Second - we received no check-out instructions. We have rented quite a few vacation properties and have always been given check-out instructions. We just stripped the beds and turned in the keys...hopefully that was ok.
Overall a wonderful place to rent and would rent there again especially now what I know what to expect and not to expect. It is a clean, spacious condo in a great location!

This is our fourth time staying at the Maui Eldorado. Our third time staying in condo a203. We keep coming back and staying in this condo because it feels like home. The condo is beautifully furnished and very well taken care of. It has every kitchen appliance and gadget that you could ever need. The location and the view from this condo is one of the best on the island. Linda and Vivian have always been fantastically accommodating and very responsive. We will keep coming back!

The condo met our needs in every way! Well stocked, clean, comfortable, close to the beach, shopping & golfing! Being able to call the front desk to get picked up & brought down to the cabana at the beach was so handy! Very pleased & would recommend & stay there again in a second!

We loved this condo, the bedroom was one of the prettiest I have ever stayed in - the staff was absolutely fabulous.
I am only going to make a couple of small suggestions because I am the owner of a vacation home and have come to realize with a small amount of effort - it could have made our stay so much nicer.
It would have been so handy if the condo had been equipped with the following:
tissue (a basic), sugar, creamer (even powdered) oil or PaM, syran wrap or foil, baggies, pens or pencils, a small pair of scissors - - it would cost pennies to provide these things and they sure would have enhanced our stay instead of being a frustration.
Also wanted to mention the center leg on the king bed is broken (only noticed while checking for lost sox)
Can I say once again - the staff at the resort were fabulous -

We stayed in unit a203 at the Maui Eldorado and had a great time. The reception staff are very professional and the unit itself was a great space. It was roomy enough for the four of us with the loft with a TV for the kids to escape to when they wanted. The lanai and view was beautiful and we ate every meal outside critiquing the golfers! Beautiful snorkeling abound only a 3 minute walk and Whaler's village 5 minute walk. A great stay!

Front desk check in staff were pleasant and efficient. However, we went to the room and cleaning staff had just arrived. Bbq was not cleaned prior to using. Room air conditioning units were loud and upstairs room did not cool off sufficiently. The view from the deck was wonderful and the cabana was the best part!

Very nice accomodations. The front desk was very helpful with all our questions. The unit was clean and beautiful. I missed when preparing where it may have said to make sure you have all your shampoo, soap and toilet paper because the place was completely empty of all things and I immediately had to go look for a grocery store to find toilet paper in the wee hours of the night when we arrived to get TP. The view is spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai and watching the golfers. It is a quick trip to the beach with a call to the desk for a ride. The kids loved the three pools but we spent most of our time at the beach or touring around. Right across the property is Kaanapali's hotel strip with a nice walkway and plenty of nightlife/early bird people watching while enjoying a cocktail. A great location and close to everything, yet a short walk to get back to the peace and quiet of your own private lanai.

This isn't the fanciest condo complex with the most amenities. However, it was nearly perfect for our family of 4. We have two kids, ages 10 and 14 and like a little space on our vacation. Our large master suite with the very comfortable king size bed and lanai were perfect! The kids had a small loft room upstairs with separate twin beds and a sink. The living room was a good size and the one bathroom was very large. The kitchen was pretty small but we didn't spend a lot of time there. The lanai was a really good size with lots of seating and ceiling fans. It 's a little further from the beach than some other complexes, but just a short walk. We loved our stay and the price was right! A really good value.

We have rented a couple of different Maui Eldorado condos through Maui Condos by Owner several times now. Each stay was fantastic, from the rental procedure, check-in, check-out, and the quality of the condos. We always look at renting through Maui Condos by Owner when wanting to stay in Kaanapali.

This condo was the perfect home base for our family trip to Maui at Christmas. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach with a beautiful view over the golf course to the water. The beach here is not nearly as crowded as it is just a little further South and the Eldorado cabana is a nice bonus. The unit itself is roomy and comfortable for for a family of four to not feel like you're bumping into each other all the time. We cooked inwhen we wanted to with the full kitchen or ate out in Whalers Village when we didn't. (It's also only a few minutes walk away). We'll definitely be back!
