Overall a great experience for my family. The condo has all the modern amenities and is well maintained. We did have one issue with the washer/dryer that took several days to fix; longer than it should have.
Overall the staff at Quam Properties were very friendly and very helpful. -

Our group of three couples stayed here for a week in March 2013 and it's hard to imagine how the experience could have been any better. The condo was just as described on the website. It is well appointed, very clean, and perfectly maintained. Oh yeah, and it's gorgeous inside and out! The building must be really well constructed because we could never hear any noise from next door, or above and below us even though it was peak season. The Quam Properties people were extremely easy to do business with and when we did have a problem with the freezer, they had a repairman there within an hour. The entire Honua Kai complex is first class and we especially liked the little store there which usually has anything you might need in the bar or kitchen at suprisingly reasonable prices. I was somewhat underwhelmed with Dukes, but only because I have found several of their sister restaurants to be exceptionally good. I have wanted to stay at Honua Kai since it first opened and now that I have, I'm sure to return again and again. You should go there too.

We loved staying at Honua Kai Konea on Maui. It was a dream vacation. The whole family stayed in two condos next to each other. Loved the Nana window walls and the full balcony kitchen outdoors. Our chef son, loved the BBQ, and the big gas stove. Watched the whales swim by from our balcony. All the pools were great, and each one was different from the others. The service was wonderful, and the people at Quam were the best to work with.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Great location and unit had everything we wanted for our family of 7(beach access, ocean view, resort pools, restaurant on grounds (Duke's), full kitchen and outdoor patio/BBQ, high speed internet, and ample self parking). The top of line appliances, spa showers, open air living area, wrap around patio were nice luxury items that made this unit so special. Location was close to town and shopping. Concierge desk was terrific. Overall, this resort and unit 302 was 5 stars.
Quam properties was great to work with..hassle free..a few e-mail correspondences and we were done..everything was in accordance with process explained..no surprises. Would definitely recommend Quam properties and plan to use them again on future trips. -

This property was absolutly fabulous! The views were breathtaking. We had everything we needed and more. It was close to the Kaanapali Resort strip without being on top of everyone. The balcony/Lani was wonderful. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for the comforts of home (kitchen, living room, separate bathrooms)with the benefits of a 5star resort.

Incredible setup! Honnestly, the best condo we got at any places. The lanai with the BBQ make all the difference. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 7) and this is, by far, our best vacation ever. The only thing is that it's very expensive. But it worth it, believe me.
