  Great location, ground floor unit with a slider that opens out to the court yard just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. It is ocean view, but you have to look past the pool and garden to see it. It's a 2-bdrm, 2 bath unit, great for two adult couples or one couple and two kids. The master has a king-sized bed which needs replacing as there are definite indentations and a hump in the middle. Also the bedding was too heavy for the climate, but nice and clean! The second bedroom has two very firm twins that can be moved together with a topper added to make into a king if desired. The master is good sized with an on-suite bath and double sink vanity. There are Tv's in both bedrooms. The washer/dryer is very small and very dated. You can wash maybe 3 beach towels together at a time, or 4 bath towels. They start you out with some laundry detergent, no fabric softner. I suggest stopping at Costco, right by the airport and stocking up on essentials after arrival and before you check-in. Parking is an extra $9 a day. They have a nice gym, but it is extra too. They will make you a package deal if you ask for one, otherwise it is $10 a day which is ridiculous! The restaurant is by the adult pool (there is a shallow children's pool) and it is ok for stuff like burgers and breakfast, but I would go somewhere else for a nice dinner, like Roys or for local food go to the aloha Mixed Plate behind Safeways at the Cannery Mall. The furniture is nice, but not made to sit around on for any length of time (it's rattan). It will seat 4 adults fairly comfortably to watch a short movie. There is a table for two and chase on the lanai. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen is ill-equipped for heavy cooking and storing left-overs. No spices, no top to the broiler pan, limited utensils, but everything is fairly new and clean. It's not luxury, but for the money, I felt it was clean and reasonably comfortable. I would stay there again.
