Bay Area, CAGreat Unit - Some Issues on Stay

The unit is amazing!!! Great views and ocean sounds from all rooms! The condo is spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults, both inside and on the lanai. We ended up spending a fair amount of time just sitting on the lanai with drinks in hand watching the whales.
There were several inconveniences with the unit. The dryer, ice maker, and screen on the side lanai door were all broken. Additionally, there was a hornet's nest being built on the side lanai. Management recognized the issues but were only able to address the dryer, which was fixed half way through our stay. They did provide extra towels and cleaning. They were unable to fix the other issues and kept promising to make it up to us but never did. The hornets nest and broken screen meant we could not use the side lanai during our stay.
Other than the inconvenience, we really enjoyed our stay.
