This was our first time at a condo, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to a clean and open condo. The first thing you can see is an amazing panoramic view of the beach. You can open the balcony right up and see the beach as you drink your morning coffee. The area is on one of the best beaches in our opinion. We went snorkeling around the island and found the best snorkeling right in front of the condo. We even saw a shark one morning. There is a pool and hot tub available, which was always clean. There was also a computer available if you wanted to look up somewhere close to eat. Everything about this trip was amazing, the only thing is the location. This location was more laid back and the "party scene" was about 30 minutes away in Kihei. There was one point where the key did not work to get into the pool. So I went to the office "receptionist". As this was after hours he said he could open it for us this one time, however if the key does not work the person to fix the key is only at the condo once per week, and otherwise he is "on call". Thankfully our key ended up working.

This was a great place. Very clean. Has all of the kitchen stuff that you would need, even a pinnapple coring tool which worked great.The bed was very comfortable. The front room worked great for our eight year old girl. The first night she thought the ocean was going to to be to loud, of course it was not. The pool/kitchen/guest area was a great alternative to the beach in the afternoon before kicking it in the room. If you are looking for a Hyatt or high end resort then this might not be the place for you. That being said we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The parking is included. We we able to park right in the front. We could walk to the grocery store. Don't be afraid to shop there the prices are fine and the fish selection was very good and fresh. Walk next door to Dukes for diner. Go a little further down the beach and you will come to a great snorkeling beach that is perfect for younger snorkelers/swimers.
