You will find this home has an expansive wrap around deck, open entry way and great room, a dinning table for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite i...s incredibly spacious with a full bathroom and walk in closet. The two guest rooms are both spacious and comfortable and share the second bathroom. This property also has a queen sized sofa-bed, and can easily sleep 8, or with special accommodations can sleep up to 10 comfortably.

This beautiful 2000 square foot home is situated in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods on the island, on top of a hill just steps away from the the world renowned Ka'anapali Beach.

A paved, 7-10 minute walk connects you to the Kaanapali Beach and Resorts, Whalers Village, a world-class shopping complex that has a variety of exceptional shops and Maui's top restaurants, a renowned whaling museum and free Hawaiian entertainment. Play golf on two championship courses, the Royal Kaanapali and the Kaanapali Kai, where you may even see a breaching whale as you try to line up a shot.

Just a 3 minute drive to one of Kaanapali Beach’s most famous attractions is the daily cliff diving ceremony off of the beach’s northernmost cliffs known as Puu Kekaa, or Black Rock. Held every evening at sunset, a cliff diver lights the torches along the cliff, diving off of Black Rock in a reenactment of a feat by Maui’s revered King Kahekili. This memorable ceremony is just one more reason why Kaanapali Beach ranks as one of Maui’s signature beaches.

A mere 5 minute drive to the south you will find historic Lahaina Town. Here you can enjoy a multitude of shops, restaurants and historical landmarks nestled along Front Street, running parallel to the Pacific.

In the heart of Lahaina town you will find the Famous Banyan Tree Park. The tree which is the namesake for this park was planted in April of 1873 at only 8 ft tall, and now stands over 60 feet tall with 12 trunks in addition to its huge center core and covers over 2/3 of an acre. It is truly a site to see. Closely located nearby you will find Lahaina Harbor, the perfect port for your day trips to some of our neighboring Islands, or just a cruise up the coast.

North of the home you can head up towards beautiful Kapalua. Here will will find a variety of pristine white sand beaches, hiking trails, two additional championship golf courses, and the world famous Honolua Bay.
