BEST LOCATION IN MAUI! This beautiful custom Estate is just above the beautiful resort area and beaches of Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii. There are panoramic views of the ocean and the islands of Lanai & Molokai and also the beautiful views of the West Maui mountains are right in the backyard! Both views are absolutely breathtaking. This Estate is on the West Side of the island of Maui in Kaanapali - right in the heart of the Kaanapali resort area which include resorts, The Westin, Sheraton Maui, Kaanapali Alii, The Whaler, Hyatt Regency & The Marriott Ocean Club. You can see all of these hotels from my upstairs lanais. It is only a 5 min drive or a 20-30 min walk away from the hotels, restaurants and beautiful beaches of Kaanapali which include Whalers Village, a popular spot for shopping and great restaurants. I am also located within the Kaanapali Golf course which has two beautiful courses - south and north. Also only 10-15 min drive from the Kapalua & Plantation Golf Courses. The beaches and snorkling spots are endless on the West Side - all within a 5-15 min drive.

NIGHTLY RATE INFO: Can be rented as a 3 bedoom (main house) seperate from the Ohana for $895 per night OR include the private Ohana (guest cotttage) for a 4th bedroom/cottage that sleeps an additional 4 people for $1100 per night - Holiday season rates - $1600 main house or $1800 per night for main house with guest cottage - 2 week minimum stay for the Christmas & New Years dates combined or split dates over Christmas minimum 1 week with a check out on December 27th.
