Amazing stay in Maui. The condo was wonderful & so well appointed. The owners made sure everything went smoothly. The location is excellent. We had spectacular views of both Molokai & Lanai from our lani, as well as whales breaching, spinner dolphins, sea turtles, wind surfers & more! The most breathtaking snorkeling was minutes away & was our morning ritual. The staff at the front desk were gracious & helpful. The only bad thing is it was so hard & sad to leave!!! It was simply paradise. Highly recommend & I dream of returning.

We loved sitting out on the Lanai and watching the whales, turtles and gorgeous sunsets. It was great having the beach just a few steps away.
The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The well equiped kitchen had everything we needed to feel like we were right at home! -

We have stayed at the valley isle resort before but not on this side of the resort or in this unit, we decided to try a different view for our 37th wedding anniversary and booked unit 504 directly with the owner via the valley isle resort web page. The unit comprises of main room with kitchen and lanai overlooking the lawn and beach. The bedroom with a large king bed has the same views with a small balcony, the views from both are stunning this pleased both my wife and myself as we like whale watching and we did see a lot.
This is a unit that is oceanfront view and means it this is the closest that we have ever been to the sea.
The kitchen is newly fitted and very modern spacious and easy to work in nice to have breakfast and dinner on the lanai with the views and the sound of the surf.
The bathroom has a walk in shower we found this so much better then having to climb in and out of a tub type shower, everything in the unit was clean and tidy and in great condition. The resort staff were very friendly and easy to get on with, the resort was nice and quiet so relaxing was very easy.
The location of the resort is close to shops and restaurants all within walking distance, across the road is a place called Dollys you can get a good meal and drink there so no need to drive a long way.
We had one of the best vacations ever and we will certainly be going back to this unit again, my thanks to the owner who was very easy to contact and talk to

My husband and I stayed at this condo during our wedding/honeymoon in Maui. We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and modernized with an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. The views were amazing! We got to wake up every morning looking at the ocean. The condo was also in a great location, it was near everything we enjoyed doing. Lahiana was just a few short minutes down the road, which had shopping and great food. Kapalua Bay was a few short minutes the other direction and had amazing snorkeling. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Maui. When we return to Maui, we will stay here again.

My husband had never been to Hawaii so I decided it was time!!. We stayed in beautiful condo in Kahana. Perfect spot on the corner overlooking the beautiful beach.. We will go back again and stay in the same condo. The Surprenant's were great to work with and made our stay a great one!!! If you plan on visitng Maui we suggest that you stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo #504. It has all the convenience of home and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Steps away from quiet/ clean sandy beach... easy access for swimming or sunbathing
? Condo is ocean front, ocean view, and beachfront (terms are not interchangeable so be careful when you look at other condos and resorts).
?Clean and newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom...very nice
?Lots of necessary accessories...loaded kitchen including coffee filters, small selection of spices, extra tp and paper towel, shampoo, soap, dish and dishwasher soap, beach mats and chairs, several fans (including ceiling fans, floor fans, etc., so no matter what temperature or humidity, you will be comfortable), extra towels, beach towels, DVD, etc.
?Beautifully manicured grounds with lush green grass and plants
?Fabulous view (nearby resorts may not be this close to the ocean even though they claim ocean view or ocean front). You hear the waves pounding every night. Ahhh! You also see tiki torches on the beach in the eve and hear conch shell blowing to signal sundown. Very romantic!
?Fully equipped fitness center with aerobics and yoga classes available. A necessity for me. small fee
?Owner is very responsive to contacts and questions; easy to work with.
?Corner unit has lanai off bedroom to catch the evening trade winds (some condos have the bedroom in the back so breezes may not be as nice).
?Lanai off of living room with tables and chairs for morning coffee and evening meals.
?Great location...set back from hustle and bustle of main highway, but just one short walking block from small mall with Shell station,trinket shops, coffee shop, McDonalds, fine dine restaurant, hair salon, dive/snorkel shops, and Whalers General (small selection of basic grocery items incl. some produce, toiletries, newspapers, milk, brewed coffee/soda, souvenirs, pastry, sandwiches, etc.)
?Small and quiet pool, grill area, lots of chaises, soda machine, newspaper machine, recreception area for tourist information.)? Many condos were being renovated while wwere being renovated while we visited so check to see if a renovation is on the floor you are on. This could be a potentially noisy problem. We were on a floor with no known renovations so it was quiet and calm. -

We highly recommend Valley Isle Resort Condo Unit #504 for an enjoyable Hawaiian vacation. It is a newly remodeled, spacious, comfortable, very clean one bedroom condo with a spectacular view of the ocean, palm trees and the islands of Molokai and Lanai. We spent many hours enjoying the amazing view. We appreciated that we were able to see the view from not only the living room and patio, but from the bedroom also. It was so nice to wake up looking at the ocean each morning. We were able to pack lightly because the condo has a fully stocked kitchen (including a blender to make pina coladas), a washer and dryer in the unit, beach chairs and boogie board, towels, etc. Our six year old daughter loved swimming in the pool every day. It is not large, but it is well maintained. There were also barbecues near the pool that we used several times. The beach in front of the condo had a little seaweed, but was calm enough for our daughter to swim in and she had a great time there. The Valley Isle Resort is in a great location for accessing West Maui beaches, shopping and restaurants. Unit #504 was a perfect condo for us and we hope to return there many times.
